I have spent some time reading your posts and thinking. Yes, I was putting 100% copyrighted content, just copy/paste to my site and 1 article is 1 recipe.

Anyway, you are right, this way there is a big chance that google will banhammer my account. Although, one guy here on board told me that he never lost his account, site was blacklisted for adsense and that is all. Since I have 5 year old account, I hope that I will not get banned, but I will not take my chance. Today, I`ll delete all articles and start my site all over again. I`ll rewrite all content and make it good. Just in case, I dont want to take my chance with G.

Yesterday, I was not doing anything and still I have earned around $15 with 2K views. There is now much stuff to do and change so I`m off to work!

How are you getting invited to big boards? I suppose that's your main source of traffic is posting on them, if not can you explain how you're getting followers and people to actually see your pins?

I just see threads like this all the time when people are boasting success on Pinterest, but I can't seem to get started with the traffic. I've got a great blog, a legit looking Pinterest account with 500+ pins, etc but I can't seem to get any views.

Anyways, good job with your results and I'm looking forward to more

I have spent some time searching for people here on BHW who wanted to share boards. Contacted them and they invited me on big boards. As I pin images from my site, people start following me.

I WAS coping recipes from other sites and I was posting them on my website. Now, I have deleted every single recipe.

I have started all over again! I`m now rewriting everything. I`m not adding 1 sentence, I`m rewriting whole recipe. Hope that this is clear

How exactly are you suppose to NOT get banned with this method?

You'll have to re-write all the recipes (wich is very, very time consuming).
The only solution i'm thinking about it to make a print screen of the recipes and post it on my blog.
That way google will not be able to detect it's a copy of some other website (since it's an image).

Hi emilex and all the comunity, i'm new, and i'm spanish so first of all sorry for my english .
I was reading you a lot, and today i've decided to join in the comunity, i hope learn a lot and be helpful in the future to the comunity.
So, i have a question for emilex and to the people who are working with this system.
it's possible ping the same recipe in all the community boards that are relacionated with the recipe? Or you are going to be banned if you do that?
I think that is normal if someone find a good recipe and he wants to share this with all the people he can, he is going to do that, not only spammers... but i don't know how pinterest will react.
So, what is your opinion/ experience with that?

First of all I would like to thank you all for posting here. I was away for more than 10 days because I have moved to other city... At last I have internet connection so I will start working in next few days. I need to go to wedding tomorrow.

Anyway, lets talk about journey!

I have deleted all posts from my blog and I have started everything from scratch. This time, I`m not coping other people recipes, I`m rewriting them. Found local website and basically I`m translating recipes. For now, I have done about 60 recipes and just posted them on my own boards. At the moment, I get about 200 unique visits a day earning about $3-4. Once I hit about 150 recipes per category I`ll start posting on big boards and then we will see some stats

Hope that some of you have started doing similar stuff I have got tons of PMs and really cant answer every single of them since I`m lost there after so much time offline.

Who is working something similar? I want to see some stats from you also

First, thanks for the journey you shared on the forums, it opens my eyes , I was following your steps with making money from pinterest, i started to follow your journey like a tutorial. I started a 3 days ago and so far i got only 1k followers and got invited to some boards with less than 9k followers.

2 QUESTIONS

1) Is there a bot or some tool or some procedure in order to speed up the process? I'll really appreciate your advise

2) could invited me to some big board in order to get more followers and try to get some success based on your recipe.

I have said in my previous post that there will be more updates once I hit 150 posts per category. Rewriting stuff can take time Anyway, I`m doing my best to do as much as I can. I have added 150 articles for now and when I repin them, I have about $10-20 that day. Hope that there will be more when I add more articles to my site. CTR has dropped on my site form 1.5 to 0.5... only that is new...
