I had the same problem with indexing from one of his sites. All i had to do was rewrite the articles on this site and then I resubmitted the site to GWT and got it indexed a few days later. That was just one of many sites that i have bought from King Maker, the others have had no problems. All other sites were indexed quickly and ranked easily.
All those who buy this service need to realize that the main things that you are purchasing here are the keywords and the themes...that is what is most valuable here...the articles are somewhat a bonus.

I would love to order this but I just don't understand offers like this. If you can make so much money from adsense from these sites, then why are you selling them? If they make as much as you claim, you should be spending your time just making more of them for yourself. It just makes me skeptical that something is going on, like you are banned from adsense for something (any reason is enough to make me hesitant), or that these sites will make me get banned when my adsense is a huge portion of my monthly income, it just seems a little risky.

If I can get a good explanation why someone would sell something that would make them more money if they kept it for themselves, I'll be glad to purchase and try it out.
