Does it matter what OP is making? You should worry about what you are making, and you definitely can make money from these sites (in general) and the price OP is offering them at, it's a no brainier.

Obviously what you get for $30 odd is not going to guarantee you a return, but if you put in the work to promote and grow the site, you can make a success of it I'm sure.

Anyway, I've ordered 3 sites so will post my review when I get them

I made my account on BHW just to try your service.

I was reading through the thread when I realized I was reading posts from over a year ago, whereas I had thought they were only a few months old.

I have a few questions I am sure you have heard before:

1) What is the average expected amount of Adsense revenue per site?
2) What services for the site do you currently provide other than creating it (SEO, backlinks, etc)?
3) What kind of work is required to monetize the site once it is finished?
4) What do I need to do once I have made a purchase?

If my first purchase turns out well, I will be purchasing at least 5 more sites, and if those work well I will be coming back for even more.
