Anyone got any luck using this for backlinks? It seems to hate web 2.0s lol
 
I just tested it and the indexation was the faster I have even seen. But the negative part is that only pages with videos got indexed, spiders wouldn't crawl my other pages. The domain I tested this on is a brand new.

no..you just need 1 video on the page, you can add / embed it manually..i think the most important part is to use the video sitemap plugin and then use it to ping the search engines.
 
Nifty.... good thing I use and submit video sitemaps on all my sites as part of the foundation of good onPage SEO, as everybody should.
 
The only problem is that all videos generate duplicate content, which will pull your site down, so it's best to either remove the videos once you get indexed or to write some unique content within the video posts in order to feed the spiders with some non-copied content.

I fail to see how people use this to index backlinks...we can't submit a sitemap for web2.0 and forums ect...

is it like putting a 301 redirect or simply use it as a tire? come on guys share some ideas...
