Our software is a browser plugin (listed in the chrome & firefox "web stores", and is free to download). The purpose of this browser plugin is to help it's users win more auctions on the penny auction site quibids.com

Quibids.com is the largest penny auction website in the world (quibids has an exact match search volume of over 300k a month with over 1.4 million registered users). Our software tracks every single bid placed by every single player on every single auction Quibids has 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. By tracking every bid placed on every auction, our software is then able to translate that data into very valuable statistics and reports. We have this data going back OVER TWO YEARS (and is ongoing obviously), which is really what makes our product so valuable.
The browser plugin then inserts a user interface directly into the Quibids auction page so you can view these statistics without having to leave the website. The UI of our software is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Within the UI of the plugin, a user can see things like: every other players total dollar amount spent on Quibids, every other players win rate, what every other player has won, every auction every other player has lost, the maximum, minimum & average selling price of the product in any auction...the list goes on and on.
In addition, the plugin also allows you to view the "hidden" auctions Quibids currently has. Quibids removes auctions from the public view after a certain point to prevent new bidders from being able to see the auction and then jump into it. The only way you can view these auctions, is if you had placed a bid on it prior to them removing it from public view. Well, our software makes these hidden auctions (the best auctions to play in) viewable to anybody using our software. It does that by having an "add on icon" within the browser, that when clicked on shows you a list of all the auctions quibids currently has.
2.) Details about our competition
We are one of two products that are listed within Clickbank that are related to penny auctions and quibids. You read that right. If you want to be an affiliate and promote a penny auction related product, you have two options. Us, or our competitor. This is not because there is no interest in these type of products. In fact, Clickbank used to be LOADED with penny auction related products like ebooks, guides, etc. Well, not all that long ago, the CLEANED HOUSE and disabled & removed ALL penny auction related products due to exorbitantly high refund & chargeback rates. They also "auto decline" any new product submissions that are submitted for approval in the clickbank directory that have anything to do with penny auctions. We are able to stay listed because our product is 100% legitimate and useful to it's users.
The only competitor we have within the clickbank marketplace, doesn't even actually allow you to buy their product right now! If you go to their website, it says "we're sorry, we don't currently have any spots available".

Because our product offers recurring commissions, last months marketing efforts turn into next months earnings...and every other month to boot. If you could refer just a single sale a day, at the end of 12 months you would have made (in total) $17,550 and you'd be making $2,700 a month in automatically recurring income. This is assuming there were no cancellations or refunds of course. This is obviously just an example and what you make would be entirely based on your own marketing efforts and strategies. We're re-launching this product as we've overhauled it and made it even better. We're about to mail out to a list of 50k targeted leads. THERE ARE NO "[OUR PRODUCT NAME] Review" articles for our product...it would be STUPIDLY easy to rank for it, and will assuredly earn those who DO rank for it money. We haven't done this ourselves to ensure there is as much opportunity for our affiliates as possible.
There are plenty of penny auction forums to post on about our product. In addition, because there are no products for affiliates to promote (aside from us) in this niche, the keywords surrounding our niche, when searched, result in VERY old content. There is so much opportunity here for an affiliate to rank stupidly easy and really haul in the cash.
You can also create YOUR OWN LANDERS that we will POST ON OUR SITE for you to direct traffic to! We have our site setup to allow for you to use your clickbank hoplink to link to ANY INTERNAL PAGE of our site while still setting your affiliate cookie! The instructions for this are in the media pack.

I'm a partner in the development of a web application called (this is not typed out, but is a picture of the name of our product to prevent it being indexed):
We have about $15k invested in the development of this application, and it's very impressive software. It's very "high end" and not only that, it works very well for it's users. We get reports from our users that there is no way that they could ever play in an auction again without our software, and that they don't know how they managed to do it before without it.
The retention rate of our customers is very high, although we're still pretty new. Our application does everything our competitors does (and actually a whole lot more) and it does it better. Our competitor has a customer retention rate of 8.5+ months. We haven't been around that long, but our product is better than theirs, so that should give you an idea.

4.) The lead capture & marketing strategy
We are advertising our product 24/7 on adwords, and as stated in the beginning of this thread, we will be making a very large "re-launch" push by mailing out to over 50K targeted leads. We have left the door open to affiliates by not competing with them by not putting up "[our product] review" type articles anywhere on the web. How our sales funnel works, is as follows:
- The plugin is absolutely free to install for anybody. You don't even have to give an email address to install it.
- Once installed, there is a "forever free" interface for our plugin. This is the icon that appears in the browser of a user that has installed it. Clicking the icon shows you all the auctions Quibids has, even the hidden ones. This makes having our plugin installed VERY USEFUL to it's users, as they can see what auctions are available on Quibids at the click of a mouse.
- Now, let's say an auction catches their eye, one they see that they can easily win. Well, once you browse to Quibids with our plugin installed, our plugin automatically inserts itself into the quibids auction window. It is within this automatically inserted UI that the user needs to log in to see the statistics our software has to offer. Well, if you don't have login details, you can sign up for a free three day trial right from within the user interface.
- Once they have signed up for the free trial, they can use it for three days without any limitations. We obviously then email these leads.
- What's great is, even if a user ends up exhausting their free trial, our plugin typically remains installed...that's because our plugin is useful, even for those who haven't paid. By having our plugin installed, the end user is forced to look at our UI every time they go to play on an auction. There is no way to use the free portion of our plugin without being forced to see the login window & our sales pitch on every auction they want to play in. Here is what a person who has our plugin installed is forced to look at every time they browse to an auction on Quibids (it's a screenshot of a Qubids auction, but with our plugin installed):
5.) Product Cost & Affiliate Commissions
Our product costs $29.99 a month recurring forever. We offer 25% recurring commissions to our affiliates for the life of a customer. If you can be a "power affiliate" please let us know and we'll discuss a bump in the percentage.
