The reason I am taking to court is because I want this kids credit to be ruined for the rest of his life. I have the money to spend, and I am going to get venue changed to my state, so I can make him spend the money to fly here.

Yes, I have asked for a refund. I was even willing to take a $150 loss and he said no. Yes, it's worth it to me to spend the extra money to get him and possibly his parents sued. His parents will be pretty ticked if they have to be sued too. It all depends on what the state views on adult. He is 17, so I have to find out on Monday who gets sued. It will depend on what the state laws are. But, if it's his parents, they will be pretty pissed.

Yes, I have his address. Was not too hard to find. His parents may also be liable since he is 17 years old. I am contacting my attorney on Monday as to what needs to be done. So, I might be suing his parents as well.

The whole point was to pay him to spoon feed me everything to get to his so called $200 a day. That is the whole point. I didn't want to waste my time searching. I would rather pay for it and learn it.

He is using a very fucking easy method, upload videos and send traffic to them, that's all.
You only need a good niche for do this.

If you dont currently have one, you should probably go get an offline job that requires no real thought, or personal responsibility and only robot like repetitive actions from day to day because CPA+youtube is arguably the simplest method offered here. I would like to know what your agreement for those $500 really was. If it was only to "help" him by telling what Fiverr gig you're suppose to buy and from who you should buy your landing page etc, I think it's really stupid by the buyer AND CCA to go through with that kind of deal for $500. The method CCA is using is almost explained in every journey thread here at BHW, so I can't see why you should pay someone to get to know it. If I were you CCA, I would never accept something like $500 to teach someone the basics..

But...

If the deal was more in depth, like telling him the exact niches, the exact landing pages, content locker, networks and offers etc. to get the highest amount of money per day, CCA has definitely not fulfilled those things. But then again, why would CCA reveal an exact method to make $100 / day for $500?

I don't have any proof of any of you, this is just assumptions.
