Best Carriers to Send SMS from....

ReadySim is GREAT for international, just insert sim, text a zip code to a given # and your sim is activated, NO information needed at all, no name, address, phone #...etc its designed for travelers and drug dealers (according to the company reps themselves) and you can get 3 day unlimited sims for $8 easily, 7 day unlimited for $11 from dealers.
Sending international is 10x better than USA for a few reasons...
> FTC just sued the pants off 29 people for sms spam
> Nobody sued for international sms
> Carriers love to ghost your sms in the USA
> Sending to the USA results in your sim getting banned 10x faster

> Sending international often your sims are never banned.
T-Mobile (and all their MVNO such as ReadySim, SimpleMobile) don't really ban sims however their filters are insane, they will block your message before its even accepted at the cell tower. Most .com urls are pre-blocked and even a $9 domain only last about 500 sms before they auto-block that. The trick I found is using bit.ly and rotating about 700+ urls (free script makes these in seconds) in addition you need to rotate your content such as...
{Hi|Hello|Good Morning} {you're|your} {phone|cell|mobile} {#|number} %N (inserts recipient phone # via token) {take a look at|check out|view this|take a peak at} {bit.ly/12345|bit.ly/93849|bit.ly/83848|bit.ly/48574|....etc}
And the trick is to use as much spintax as possible AND to use the most generic words as possible. Dont even think about "free trial" or "work from home"...etc. Anything specific gets auto-banned, words like: hello, the, today ..etc will never be banned. BUT if your message is accepted and shows sent successfully then it means its truly sent and is NEVER ghosted.
AT&T (and all their MVNO such as SimpleTalk, H2O, AirVoice) they don't use content bans like T-Mobile does HOWEVER their ghosting nazis and often can start ghosting in as little as 500 sms sent. So with them, you don't really have to worry about spintax, however if it shows sent successfully that does NOT mean it really was, AT&T may have ghosted it. Also AT&T will ghost incoming sms from other carriers if they see too much volume from that 1 number.
