just to confirm - I have a "new look" business account and it is working fine with the new update

OP - stayed on chat/screenshare with me for 15 minutes helping me work things out.

It is very rare to find a level of customer support like this.

already purchased but i'm having problems. the account im using is still using the old look but it always fails to create a new board, also when i try to get the stats of the account, it doesn't detect any board that i created and all other fields remain blank.

The unfollow doesnt seem to work for me, on the new look. If I do the #FOLLOWING tag, then highlight those not following, and click unfollow, it says Failed on : name : Is not following you for each person.

Please have the load project button open the load and save option. The arrow is too small.
Also please have the option to delete rows that are colored red,blue, or yellow. I have a list of over 1k urls and removing the already pin or likes or what ever are time consuming. In fact there is no delete or remove option at all on any module.

how come one time i check i see all usernames and few hours after i don't see some of the usernames and followings, something wrong with those accounts?

also- for 50 accounts you think it's better to use 1 app/instance or it's better to split for 2 apps/instances?

Yes you will want to rotate proxies and we suggest VPNs in order to do so. For the app instance part, it depends on what action you are doing, generally only 1 type of action will work at a time so using more than one instance to run an additional action (pinning vs following) is preferred.

Generally means your account is either changed to the new look, changed to new look and converted back, checkmark checked next to new look when you dont have it yet, or there may be a login problem whereby you maybe getting captcha.
