It's been 16 days since I placed my order for a small package and I still haven't received my report yet.
I was told that it would be done in 7 days. I messaged you on the 9th day and you said 3-4 more days. I waited another week and still nothing. People who placed order a week after me are receiving theirs before mine, I guess this service doesn't go by first come first serve..
Please refund my order. Thank you.

My Review:
I placed several orders so far. The first one was completed really quickly and i got really high quality comments. I was so impressed by the service commenting shop offers so I gave him a favor promoting the service on my signature for free.
Then i placed 4 more orders. Results are not that good, TAT was increased, and there were many low quality comments.
On March 13, 2013 I ordered 2 more Small Packages.
I had to ask several times for report. Finally got it on March 22, 2013
I see 9 out of 24 comments are worthless because commends are javascript encoded so search engines can not find them.
I asked the op for replacement but he claims that only 2 or 3 have problem:

Now i ask for refund for my uncompleted orders. I want 2 orders refunded in full under the money back guarantee OP gives on this proposal.
I won?t order again.

I'm with N1ckG2 on this one. I had a good experience my first time ordering. However, I ordered again to see if the service could offer what I needed for my new wave of experimental sites.
I placed a small order of only 24 comments and it took about 17 days for it to be delivered after 2 false TAT replies (I would rather be told an order will be late than to be given false hope). I posted a few threads back asking for refund of my order because "Refund Policy:if we fail to provide the report, we will fully refund the amount" but instead of refunding my order, my links were hastily posted on fairly high OBL page all on the next day with very spammy looking comments and my request for refund was not honored.
I am quite disappointed at what this service has become because I remember having such a great experience ordering in the past. I think this is something that happens to a lot of services when they try to take more order than they can handle instead of closing off the sales temporarily (as some high quality providers do), in order to maintain good support and quality.
As a result of this experience, I will not be spending any more money here. I hope things get fixed up because this was my favorite manual PR commenting service and I was totally ready to jump on board and start using it as my primary blog commenting service.

Your Problem is fixed and i sent you a new report with new links. And i also refunded you. That was my staff mistakes my staff done that in wrong way. And i fired the staff responsible for low quality. Hope you will happy with your new report sent at your email.

Sometimes he is quick, sometimes it is slower to get report but the comments are almost always of high quality and gets me nice serp improvement- still my favorite link builder on here....

Yes! I do confirm the problem is fixed, I got full refund plus new nice report.
I see this is going to be one of the best commenting service at BHW. I will order more soon.
