Quality: 9. Very nicely written article. This is one of a few services in BHW who can provide that kind of quality at this price.

TAT: 10. As promised, 2-4 days.

Communication: 8. Communication was done initially for payment and details. A few samples were given before that. As I provide quite complete descriptions about what I want, I guess they don't need to ask. So the next communication happens after the articles were done. Exactly how I like it.
