You should do check if there is any un-natural linking notification on your webmaster account. If you didnt got a massage or anything do check for is your website on-page is good or bad? Remove if there is stuffed keywords in on-page.
At last check your backlink profile and keyword diversification to know what the problem is.

Hey Guys,
thanks for the help, we are fixing the duplicate metatags issue and it seems that we are getting our ranking back slowly but it is coming back, step by step, we are almost done changing all duplicate meta tags, just one once we finish, what is the fastest way for Google to recrawl my site with the new information, so, ranking comes back the fastest way posible?

Hello Jhackasseo,
Nope, I did not get any message on webmaster tools account, I have on my index page 13 keywords on keywords meta tag, for what I read is between 8-15 keywords max, and in the rest of the page I have 10 keywords max in each page, the problem I think is the meta tags duplication since we are fixing it and ranking is coming back, slowly bur is coming back.
The last step I did not get it, how I check my backlink profile and keyword diversification so, how I can find any problems in it?

PD: The only problem in Webmaster tools are meta tags duplication and one soft 404 in one of our pages.
Let me know if I miss something.

Hey Jayroo,
my issue is that I had about 20 words on first page some of them on top 3 and first position, and about 9 days ago, my ranking when from top 10 position to between 300 to 600 position, people would be saying is Google Dance but, after a couple of days it come out the news of Google Panda update, so, I been looking on my Webmaster Tools and reading about it and it seems that in "Optimization >> HTML Improvements" I had found that Google found about 150 duplicate meta tags in title and description tags, so, I analyze my site in deep and I found out, that it happens because everytime I create new content by creating a new product it creates it with the same title and description, that is why I get this duplicate meta tags. We been fixing them, we are almost at 70% of fixing them and we are noticing that our ranking is coming back slowly, so, my guess is when we finish fixing this issue we will get our ranking back, because this issue of duplicate meta tags has something to do with Google's Panda new update. We Will fix totally this issue tomorrow, and wait for Google to crawl the page again to see if rankings come back and we are right and this is the issue, so far it seems this way because ranking are coming back on 40% of our keywords slowly.
Please if I am wrong in any of my theory please let me know. Also, is there a way to Google crawl your site in a faster way or how long it takes usually?

You can go to ahrefs.com and analyze your backlinks.
Check how you used your keywords.
I suggest you to not to use same anchor text again and again.
Contextual links will be only where you going to post content (article, blog post, web 2.0 and other.)

Well, I have an interesting case. A customer's site is in a particularly high competition niche. The basic details:
-His domain is an EMD (yeah, I know the "official story" on EMD's, but I find it still has value when all other SEO factors are in order, just not when the rest of the site sucks)
-Keyword is ~165,000 local search volume (exact match of course) for a high competition keyword.
Last year they were hit pretty hard by Penguin in April, and it took a lot of work to bring them back to decent first page rankings again. We've cleaned up their back link profile, which looks a whole lot better now and is much more natural.
With this latest Panda update, they've been bumped down 3 spots on the first page. Back in January they were #2 for a couple weeks, dropped to #3 where it's been consistently for a couple months, now dropped to #6.
The problem lies with a few competitors sites. They are micro sites which have been blackhat link builded to hell to the tune of roughly 1600 links per day for the top competitor. These few competitors have 15-31 TIMES more back links than my client's site. Their back link profiles all look horrible too, tons of links from irrelevant and completely unrelated websites, although many are high authority sites. One of the sites has something like 90% of it's anchor text to TWO keywords. Yeah, 90% of their backlink anchor text is with only TWO keywords (well, a percentage of it is long tail variations, but still the two keywords are present). No joke. I mean, I know how they did what they did. The problem is, this goes against everything Google says no longer works, or that their updates are targeting against, and yet these few sites have managed to succeed very well while my customer with a much more legitimate site has been bumped down in rankings.
I've also come to the conclusion that whitehat is dead UNLESS it's low competition, and unless you are the popular guy in the room everyone wants to talk about and talk to. Blackhat still works, it's just constantly changing. If you're not lucky enough to be in a low competition market, or that super cool popular guy, I think people are fooling themselves if they think bringing whitehat to a blackhat fight is going to win. I have always been all about whitehat, but I'm beginning to see that simply is not aggressive enough for many medium to high competition markets or niches. High quality blackhat with really high quality, readable and natural content seems to be the winning recipe for high competition stuff.

My domain is 5 years old and only two years ago did I decide to do some "aggressive" link building. When it was over, I probably added about 400 backlinks, with 100 of those being on niche sites. For about 8 months I was ranked high enough to get some business every month. Then late last year everything went to hell and the last three months I've completely re-done my site, removed/disavowed backlinks and done more diverse SEM. So far, things continue to just fall.
I never received any notification from Google through my Webmaster Tools about anything.
About 10 days ago I had a question in regards to Webmaster Tools and disavowing links so I went on that Google webmaster forum and posted the question. One of the staff members who responded took a look at my site, and told me to remove some duplicate pages as well as to get rid of the 10 or so reciprocal links I had. These reciprocal links were with niche sites and up until then I had thought they were valuable. But since this person with Google told me to get rid of them I did, and as of now, most of the links I had with those sites have been removed too.
Since then, my site has dropped even further. I saw one big spike yesterday for my main keyword that gave me a glimmer of hope that a rebound was on the way, and then today it completely fell off the radar again. All this is happening as I did a diverse SEM campaign with akaSam here at BHW.
Because this site is the name of my business, it won't be so easy for me just to get a new domain name and start over again. But at this point I don't really know what else to do. And what really gets me, as a poster above said, I see the majority of my competitors doing the exact same thing I did (duplicate pages to focus on individual cities), reciprocal linking, same amount of backlinks, etc..., etc..., and they haven't moved one bit from the top spots.

Hey Bro,
Thanks for the info but, I tried that tool and it seems to get everything on my site as duplicate like for example all the name fields in a product profile, its a bit exagerate, is there nothing more reliable than this tool?

You have to learn this tool and match the contents that actually duplicate, this tools show category/sidebar/header/footer/profile, duplicate, if that is case ignore that.
find if some post url show duplicate, click on that, and it will show all duplicate. compare and remove duplicate.
