Hey reread my post first before being a smart ---, my site went down on SERPS first and the only way to know what's wrong is to add your site to webmaster tools so that you will know what your penalty is...I'm pretty sure somebody is bombarding my site with back links...I'll be using the disavow tool pretty soon when all my links are in webmaster tools....some people are just quick to judge!

1) Do you rank sub pages of a website? I.e not the main domain name

2) The website is brand new and doesn't have a single backlink to ANY of it's pages, is this ok?

Yes you can use subpages and they can be ranked in the same way as the domain.
BRAND NEW and zero backlinks is ABSOLUTELY fine.
