is it possible to assign the views to different videos? if can, what's the maximum videos?

I couldn't interpret your question. However, I will take a random stab in the dark to see if you get the response you want.
You can put as many views on a video as you want, the minimum amount of views you can assign per video is 5k views. If you wish to purchase and split your views among multiple videos, upon purchase put all the video URLs in the special instructions stating how many views you want for each video.
