I have an email list of about 1Million people who opted in to the niche I'm promoting . How can I send this email ? How much will it cost?

Buy Dedicated Server, Install some Mailer Script and shoot it...
P.s. Dont waste your time on email marketing it just doesnt really works now.. Concentrate on SEO.. There are alot of threads on Bhw where you can plenty of email database so just forget that is crap idea now because most email bounce back and mostly Googlemail take all this marketing email in spam..

I can honestly say that I disagree with you, email marketing works really well if you know what you are doing. To just blast an untargetted list probably wont work, but if you have a nice targetted list and you take care of them, they will take care of you. Build a trust with your list and they will be eager to buy from you.
In this case, I'm guessing you have like 1 millon spam emails I recommend sending out a free offer or something about making money niche or so. You will probably get some signups and then go from there.

If these are Opt in emails then make sure you have a great chance to earn a good fortune for you, setup email server or go for external SMTP.

Email Marketing is still a big fish, a direct marketing channel with high ROI guranteed. SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing all are marketing strategies and have their own benefits, you cannot always compare. It is better to have more than one strategy and keeping email marketing among them is really good idea.

I believe if someone manages to get 1 Million email subscribers, he may not need Black Hat World to guide him/her. You have done a great work and you don't know how to utilize your great effort. One Million opt in email subscribers is manifestation of your credibility if these are really opt in subscribers..

send using Interspire + Dedicated server + Multiple IPs + PMTA...only this thing will get emails delivered.... Just uploading script and start sending will ban your IPs within a day and out of 1 Million only few hundreds will get delivered. I do setup such server for my clients and get 100% emails delivered ( i am not saying inboxing )..... I give them 250 IPs and rotate them...

1 million that's a lot! You would probably make more by just selling them here to people on bhw.

Anyone who has anything negative to say about email marketing and how much money can be made from it clearly has no idea how to mail. Or those words could not have EVER come out of their mouth. Email marketing is one of the most effective form of marketing with some of the highest conversation rates. Especially if you have targeted list.
With that said i will give you a small method to clean your lists for a rather cheap price.. Alot of people do not know this but it is only illegal to send solicitation for goods or services via Email with out prior consent.. If you are an American, HOW EVER! you have freedom of expression, its a constitutional right. SOOOOO if you want to clean your lists why not express your self at the same time ?
You could mail out a political message, religious message or really anything you would like to speak about so long as it is not to sell a good or a service.
Keep in mind tho mailing message bodys with url/sites in them can effect results. Links can get blocked or you could get a higher spam ratting just for having a URL or html for that matter. Each spam filter could have possibly been individually configured for that person/company and their needs, so this could get tricky. maybe to tricky for a cheap why to clean your list. Or maybe not its up to you. The reason i say this is becuase cleaning your lists should be the something you put MUCH care into. Done the right way EVERTYHING will work better. Servers will stay up longer. hostings might not get shut down. Speeds will be out of this world and there will be no server delays due to thousands of bounce back flooding your servers inboxes.
(Side note*** remember even if you are selling something. Each company/individual has the right to send up to 30k unsolicited email).
Now that you know you can mail out w.e you want as long as ur not selling something, how bout doing something like this ?
1)Get a generic domain. make it sound something like a webmail company. example: "soupedmail.com"
2)Set up a catch all.
3)Make your Subjects - Things like "hey, hello, how are you doing ?, salutations, greetings, ect,ect,..
4)Make message body - random generic messages like "omg how have you been ? its been soo soo soo long please mike when you get this message please write back this time. or "Hiiiii J ? lol hope this is the right person"
5)make sure you email software has the ablity to generate user names for your senders / froms list (this is for randomization no two emails should come from the same sender)
6)bounce back collector. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT things. YOU MUST collect your bounce backs or this is all for nothing.
7)put ur lists in alphabitical order by user names (Im assuming you are mailing GI mainly, you can leave the big guys in there but the point is to never connect to the same isps servers more then one time at any givin time.
AND LASTLY mail at BATCH1. Do not randomize from 1/3 to not go 5/10 rotatting bcc/cc.. BATCH 1 and BATCH 1 only.
The whole point of this is for people to think they were simply sent the wrong email.

if your list is legit and targeted why not try a white hat company like constant contact. although i would have thought that by the time you haf collected a million emails you would already know what to do with them
