GScrapper - better than scrapebox?

Never heard of it, seriously doubt it's on par with Scrapebox though.
 
I just bought that program earlier today and I will honestly say I am extremely happy with my purchase. One of the better programs Ive bought. I also have scrape box as well so Im giving you a very honest opinion here. Between both of them I think Gscraper does a better job of scraping and faster than scrapebox, but with that said scrapebox has more options, Like for example I havent found a alive checker in Gscraper yet so that I can recrawl list, but maybe Im not looking in the right area yet. It also posts to blogs like scrapebox as well. All in all for $38 I think your going to be pretty happy with it. The crawling speed is what I like the most, Its a beast with good proxies.

nothing is better than scrapebox if you will used scrapebox only..

i like how scrapebox works but i dont like how to operate it..
to do blog commenting, you have to set up 5 files..
 
Scraping speed only depends on bandwidth and number of proxies - not on software unless it is coded really badly.
 
yes, scrapping speed is awesome, because of their proxies
E: scrapping and posting is better than scrapebox I think (my opinion) but scrapebox has more functions

I used same amount of private proxies on same server and same thread count. I used free version of Gscrapper.

Scraping speed Gscrapper > Scraping speed Scrapebox
 
The only reason I would choose gscraper is for the on the fly removal of duplicates. However no matter how fast it is it will never touch scrapebox on feature set.
Scrapebox is the swiss army knife of seo tools, that being said gscraper is a one time 38$ program might as well add another tool to the arsenal.
 
It scrapes only Google? Then it sucks. In Hrefer and recently in Scrapebox you can add any number of custom search engines. Have you tried scraping multiple search engines at the same time? 5-10 times faster than just scraping Google.
 
I have scrapebox and this software as well... At scraping is way better than scrapebox ( my opinion ). I could say the same thing about posting ... Its faster for me . Scrapebox has many many usefull options , plugins etc. But if you want just to Scrape and Post I would recommand Gscraper
 
You can crape documents, videos and the rest with scrapebox as well. Just use the right footprint and off you go.
Gsraper does seem 10% quicker, but feature wise it is not even close. Scraping represents maybe 40% of my productivity from scrapebox. The addons (paid or otherwise) put it streaks ahead, and the almost 5 years of constant updates and customer service is second only to Edwinsofts 7+ year support record for "one off" purchase products.

Not saying it will never be beaten, and Gscraper is a decent tool, but for me, at the moment, it's still some way behind.

Gscraper is ok. It's a little faster than scrapebox but if you work out the cost of running gscraper you will see that it is actually crazy expensive.
You are pretty much forced to use their proxy server which is a WHOPPING $50 per month. There is no proxy scraper, no proxy checker, you cant use an API link to pull i proxies and there is no automatic method for proxies to update from something similar to proxy multiply. Scrapebox is a one off fee and always has been as such. This software is a one off fee but useless unless you pay extortionate amounts for their proxies. There are much better tools than this. Overall scrapebox is still the best and especially for the price.
 
Not tried it yet but highly doubt anything will be better than SB, Scrapebox is a beast my copy gets whipped daily and has done for 2 years and still runs smooth, 2 years later I'm still learning new tricks with it I'm thinking of buying the new automate plugin for SB can't really find much info about it yet though so just waiting to read a few posts about it first does look interesting though.
 
It's not about the scrapebox anymore. It's about your relation with it. lo

Seriously, scrapebox does everything anyone dreams of, why would I look for anything that does the same job.

It's pretty stupid to make aprogram with same function after years of an existing one. you should at least add a function to male people interested in it. And when people try and find it's even faster in other features, then you can be a competitor

Talking about Product Design methdology here :-)
