Newbie..where should I invest around 40$ ?

As you already have some experience with youtube do not change things until you will reach the top.

What would I do with 40$:

1) Register on http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-instant-money-your-paypal-noob-friendly.html
2) Find 3 products to promote. Promote quality things to get lowest refund rate. Make sure your products doesn't have high competition on Youtube.
3) Order 3 fiverr gigs, video reviews for products. Make sure you will write a good script. Make sure that the reviewer will sound trustful like a real client, not like advertiser. -15$
4) Make sure you will rank good keywords, check your video details, etc.
5) Spend 10$ for high retention views. -10$
6) Spend 10$ for comments and video likes. Write the comments yourself including your video keywords. Don't make these look spammy, use normal delays. -10$
7) Spend the rest 5$ to build some social bookmarks.

Keep ranking your videos with %of earnings you will get from step 1) and you're on your way to monthly 200-300$+ already.
Upscale!

And stop reading, take action yourself.

So far i came up with this ideea : promote a CPA email submit offer by getting free hosting + buying domain related to the offer (like free airplane , free-airplane.com lol , something like that) , i will buy traffic from PTC sites such as neobux (ofc , us targeted traffic)
And 2nd ideea : fiverr , making few fiverr gigs and buying someone to make a video review and buy the gig 1 time for positive thingy . but I have no ideea what gigs to sell , I need to outsource them from somewhere , any ideeas?

ah..and another ideea is to buy hosting+domain to make a website where i will have G adsense ads (i do have an account for months already but not using it) , but I have no ideea about what the site should be to get visitors and what to write etc.
