Ordered from BlackGuy a few times already, and I just placed another order. Great, fast link building and great over delivery. This is the easiest way to add diversity to your link profile and the articles are spun well enough to use for tier 1. I've also been using this as a tier 2 because the price is so low. I will definitely be using him long term.

There's actually no particular recommendation. I literally allow unlimited urls and keywords (single set). And I also do add lots of additional keywords, like strongly related, long tails, LSI, generic etc. (of course you can tell me not to do that !). Basically buyers who want to boost the money-site - gives either lots of keywords and instruct me to not add any additional keywords, or just a few like 3-5 and tell me to add additional keywords. There are many buyers who are using this for youtube video - and many are using to boost their tier-2 properties.
What I mean is this is a very flexible package (in the order form, there's lots of option where you can choose to customize as per your choice) and use it as per your SEO skill ! You can notice that I haven't put any fancy rank-graphics in this thread - only because it's not a rank-boosting service - it's a SEO service, in its purest form ! Start buying from the lowest 5$ package and customize - check what's working for you - then just rinse and repeat with bigger packages
This thing is not sophisticated modern gun that is just as good as its technology - rather consider it's as a blunt-headed steel-rod, which can be as deadly as that gun - but only as good as your strength and skill - you won't have to rely on the so-called technology...lol
