99% Complete Step By Step Autoblog Setup

I have 2 questions..

1. what is the best way to integrate clickbank products into a blog? I have been trying a few things but can't seem to make any sales.

2. This is quite the newbie questions but... I have an autoblog that gets about 10 clicks per day from adsense producing LESS THAN $1 TOTAL. Is there something I can do to get clicks of higher value? Is it because the niche isn't that competetive? or am I just not focusing on the right keywords? I dunno, its frustrating.

1. I have done a few things in regards to this. I put links and banners in the sidebars and top adverts placements. I use WP Affiliate Pro for easy linking of certain keywords with affiliate links [and love that it tracks the clicks for me too]. I also do that which should not be spoken in an open part of the forum per the forum rules. =P

2. Geeze. That's aweful. I may get a click that gives me a few pennies, but for 10 clicks, that is a good $2-3 at least! It is hard though to say as far as proper niche/keyword-- would only suggest trying another one. I only notice such low results on my completely video-type autoblogs, but even then 10 clicks would almost amount to a buck based on their average earning per click that I've noticed so far. And most of my blogs are not optimized for adsense at all even. I'd also go with the suggestion of blocking certain advertisers too; I do this for my normal blogs/sites but don't really put the effort in my autoblogs [perhaps I should!].

Hey, tyesterday I blocked certain advertisers, used this thread;

I finished that day with $4.00 and this morning I got 4 clicks totaling $3.85. Originally I would be lucky to get to $1 for that site in one day.

Yeh...ya know...I just read over it again for the first time and did not realize I divulged as much information as I did...gaa....I mean, I left out someeeeee stuff....but some stuff I thought I left out I see I spelled out to a 'T' lol.... geeze. Truly if you cannot earn with this method, you have a bogus niche or you have done something wrong lol. I even got my g/f excited about these again [she was doing testing blogs with some of my accounts but gave up cause she's not on the up and up with the online world, but once I showed her the earnings she had on the blogs she had done...ok I helped her a lil...=P.... she was gungho to get at it again....though I've been too busy to help her lol]. I am hoping to try a new technique with WP blogs [I love WP...I really do] that I'll post if it is a success or not. But as people usually like more proof than a week or so, that will definitely be later down the road. But my suggestion for many of you: look up wp plugins and what you can do with them. There is so much versatility available with WP that it's not even funny. I have not listed many here--many that I still use and some that I am going to start using; Google has helped a lot! =P

Hey great guide!! You're helping us a lot (I thanked you and added reputation). I have one question (or suggestion) though: Is there an amazon plugin for wordpress maybe that it shows products based on the keywords of the posts and with our referral in amazon obviously?

I found this plugin in DP but it is not exactly what i want

14. Setup blogs on your first 3-4 domains using Fantastico in your cpanel.

Is it the same to use elefante instead of Fantastico? Cause freehostia uses elefante

Excellent guide. I hear a lot of talk about hosting on different class C IPs, however, isn't it all going to ONE adsense account? My question is it seems like a lot of extra effort and expense to create these subverting trails only to have them bottle neck at the source.

If you are going to create a lot of auto blogs I suggest you use all kinds of ad publisher networks.

Google Adsense is just one of them. You can probably try and use Yahoo , rivaClick, Adbrite etc.

As long as you don't put all of the eggs ion the same basket, you should be fine.

Also I had a question about the "blog_login.txt" file. How do a format the username and pass? Such as;

username:Blahblah password:Blahblah

admin:Blahblah pass:Blahblah

Etc.. I've read over the thread and I didn't see any more details on that step.

Has anyone noticed that the MaxBlogPress Plugin requires you to sign up for their newsletter but when you sign up, the account is now longer active with aweber? This keeps you from activating the plug in..

Are their any similar plugins or is there a way around it?

yes i was having the same problem with MaxBlogPress Plugin, the aweber account not being active, but I found a way around it

If you have an account/email that you already signed up with, just enter that email and it should work, worked for me. I guess it bypasses the registration process since your email is already on the list.
