We have a hosting company based out of Russia that, for the most part, does a great job in terms of uptime. If it is down please try it again in a few minutes. I am considering new hosting - if anyone feels inclined to mention any I'll entertain them....

Initially we did when the program launched over 2 years ago but that was a one time thing. I still have some people that signed up on the first day of release. If you're interested in the long-term then the lifetime subscription is the way to go.

Hi guys I just got up and running. I ran it on mac and fantastic and then I ran it on Parallels windows 8 and I think I've messed up my license or some strange Sh++ as I forgot to quite the mac plesk SEE like an idiot.

Sorry about this can you get me working again. I presume it was me doing that rather than you guys having error at your end. This is the message I got

Not Found

The requested URL /start.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I have also emailed the admin email my license came from and have been sat here all night [uk] so fa waiting, its without doubt the best software I have purchased for my marketing needs. Just as I was getting into it, its messing up. AS I HAVE SAID OTHERS ON FORUM THIS IS PROBABLY MY ERROR AS I AM RELATIVELY TO THIS stuff and Parallels definitely BHW

I'm pretty sure I resolved this with you via email. Logging in from the region where you are will avoid this issue.
