Couldn't one just go buy 20,000 words worth of articles for less than 1/4 of the price? Typically people charge around $4 per 500 words, sometimes $5 if they're really good/renowned, which means 20k words of content is worth about $160-$200...
I mean, short of content, all you need is a theme (thousands of free ones here) and a logo (5-20 bucks on fiverr/here/job sites).
Honestly, it just seems like you're charging $800 for $200 dollars worth of content/logos. Keyword research doesn't justify $600.

As this service was launched one week ago no one will have seen any roi. We only just started turning over the first batch of sites to their new owners. We can relate the success of past customers, but it will take time for reports on earnings for the sites we have created for bhw members.

I don't know the extent of the quality these guys use, but the only truly readable/passable articles I've ever paid $5 for are ones where I provided an article for them to rewrite. They also were not high quality at all - again, barely passable. And this was for 400 words, not 500! Good copy writers charge a LOT more than $5 per 500 words. Like, a LOT more.
Right, this is why I didn't even bother to respond to this thinly veiled attempt. The fact that BigBuddy, a respected moderator agreed that the quality of our work merits the price we are charging should be more than enough evidence that this isn't a cheap, hardly passable service. One of the biggest article providers on BHW is our customer... consider what that should tell you. Still, content providers on BHW are great! I love using their content for my web properties. But for an authority site? Good luck...

I have a niche and a domain that is a few years old and indexed in google numbe one. Oddly there is not much to the site but I feel confident it could be a long term producer. What I would like to do is get a solid core site to bring in traffic and keep them interested. The kicker is I would like to make it available to have user content. A place where someone can submit their "article" and others can comment and vote. It is currently on wordpress and honestly I would like to keep it there as I find it comfortable to navigate. Is this something you can do?
If possible can I see a sample of work?
I also have a site that I would like to be an atractive amazon store with content as well.
