My Review:
I received my report for 10 blog posts today. The overall authority of this network is outstanding. I am very impressed with the Page Authority and Domain Authority of each site.
The quality of the articles is okay - my niche is quite technical so I expected this sort of quality from a non-native writer, however it is all 100% unique and reads okay, which is all that matters for SEO.
The diversity is also very impressive. Different IPs, themes, TLDs and permalink structures means there is no footprint which is absolutely essential.
Very satisfied with the service and it's well worth the money. I'll be back with reports on SERP movement as soon as the posts get indexed. Thanks Kay Tee - awesome job!

I received a 10 pack review copy from Kay Tee. I've used Kay Tee for SEO services in the past and have never been disappointed with the price/quality you get back.
Breakdown of the sites:

I checked a couple of them for PA/DA and they look like they match what's in the OP.
Article Quality:
Don't expect super high quality at this price point. These are typical ESL articles. I did not have images with my posts but I'm not complaining.
SERP Changes:
I used domain.com for half of my anchors and a keyword for the other half so I'm not expecting a whole lot of SERP changes. I just received the list of URLs back so it's still a little early to say for sure if it's going to have any positive movement.
Overall:
I've been buying blog posts and every once in a while receiving free posts from Kay Tee for a while now. I've never had any complaints with the services. This service just like the others is about getting the best bang for your buck and that's what Kay Tee is good at.

This is just a short review update as I have Received the Report just 2 days ago ,the report looks fantastic he did an absolute brilliant job but before writing anything about the SERP movement I would love to wait Couple Few days more before placing the final review.
Till now Thanx to Kay Tee,The job done was perfect.
His communication and service support is excellent and this matters a lot in IM world.
Till now,I gave him 2 keywords with search volumes 33100 and 27100 respectively.
They will be tough to rank for sure but with Kay Tee you can never go wrong.
I will be back soon with the screenshots and a detailed review...
