Youtube Changed the game ???

I have a bunch of customers going crazy, so I need to get a fix on this ASAP. Just by looking at fiverr sellers, most views given under 4 days are the problem, i.e:

HARRY does 300 max views a day (drip-feed), and has seemingly not been effected:

So I'm trying to contact them to see exactly how they provide, then we can find the root of the issue.

I'm just having great fun watching the Fiverr bloodbath.
Most the top rated gigs for views are either paused or being flooded with bad reviews.
Interesting to see some still alive but they are all for smaller amounts of high retention views so maybe these guys will now prosper instead.

Views below <10k = Ok.
More than tht = REMOVED!
But my service, only 1 video got deleted from 20videos tht I blasted.

I got the exact same thing with two client videos being removed within minutes of each other yesterday - but at least now I know it's not just me being singled out. I had between 35 - 50k views on each video. FYI, the videos they removed were NOT monetized, so you have to wonder why YouTube would care about videos with purchased views which cost neither them or their advertisers even one penny? Here's one of the notices I got yesterday:
This following video was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H:
"(name of video removed by myself.."

Many users trust their account to outside marketers who claim to be able to increase views, etc. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account, and are responsible for knowing and abiding by our terms - this means understanding the nature of the traffic on your channel and making sure you are in compliance with our terms.

another headache from google. First It was Search Engine, Now it's Youtube.
Gosh, I am glad their Google+ thing doesn't so popular,
This guys gives us all headaches constantly and It will get only worse now I think.

I think you got it pretty spot on there.
Guys who were delivering more than 5000 per day to videos on fiverr have all removed gigs but the slower drip feed guys are still there and seem to be fine,
I have only noticed one of my videos get pulled that I cant explain and it was being promoted with SYV which doesn't normally give more than 5000 daily, I think it may have been because it had zero traffic for the first two weeks when uploaded and then BAM...loads of views so I don't think we can say anything conclusive just yet.
My vagex promoted vids all seem fine though and that's been as drip feed as it gets lately

If you base your income on any google service you are at their mercy.
When panda and penguin hit google search more people lost money, but that started negative seo.
Now if youtube does the same this will start negative seo on youtube as well.
Google is merciless and you have to take what is gives and use it in anyway posible.
