Hello BHW, Devin here, and I've recently reached my goal of raising $300 after months of hard yard-work :P and think that it is enough to start earning online, or enough to start making money with money.

As stated previously, I am only 14 years old and am looking for a way to turn my $300 into more money. I have opened up a paypal account and have transferred all of the money to it, and I have that account verified as well.

I honestly don't know where to start with this money, and my parents told me that if I could turn a decent profit, then they would give me a few hundred more.

I'm into both whitehat and blackhat as well as real life methods such as buying and selling goods. My long term goal is to eventually make $100 a month, and turn that into more money .

I understand that this will not happen overnight and will require hours of work, however I'm still open to all suggestions. Thanks!

Wow, if only I had started at your age...

There's plenty of methods all over the forum, not just in this section, for making money online. You are in a great position to learn because you don't have to pay nasty bills yet or worry about your next meal--and you sound like you have some pretty awesome parents, too.

My best advice is to soak up all the knowledge you can but be sure to apply it and keep trying new methods until you find something you enjoy and is profitable. Pay attention to well-respected members of the forum and browse through their post history to find the real breadwinning posts. Be careful of people who try to "fake it until they make it" as they will often mislead you.

Also, try writing 1 article a day at a freelancing website (iwriter, textbroker) if you find yourself needing some extra funds for your journey. You can make an easy $300 a month doing this alone! ;)

First thing first, do not spend that money on hookers :P

You can start by setting up 1 site and get 100 articles outsourced with proper keyword research. You can easily get 100 articles done from Elance..Just pay them in bulk. Publish the articles and slowly do SEO on each page..In few months you 300 can turn into 3000 :)

I lol'd at the intro of comment above

Invest grow your funds , dont just invest every where take a long decision after you invest on something

Wow guys, I'm getting a lot more replies to this than expected. I will take in all of your advice, and even open up a journey article every seems to be doing nowadays once I get everything going so be sure to look out for that.

And I will try not to spend the money on hookers...

lol dont u want to study at all? too young though part time on im is kinda ok

If I were you I'd definitelly start with building a website. You can use some CMS (wordpress) and make it a personal blog, or you can create your own site - start learning HTML and CSS, after some time you can move to PHP and MySQL. I can't guarantee you will make money from this right now but it will definitelly be beneficial for you in longterm. And at your age thats how you should think.

Buddy goodluck with everything and I can tell you right now you are going to be VERY rich. Don't listen to anybody and use your own brain. Research on this forum before making any decisions. Read for 3 hours a day until you feel comfortable investing your money into something. I wish you best of luck!

Keep it up!

Doing IM on the side while still focusing on your education is the way to go. At the end of the day, you should be eyeing on that college degree.
Of course there have been numerous people who weren't able to finish college and are richer than all of the posters in this thread combined, but never ever underestimate the power of education.

I hate going to school every day, but it is what it is. I'm graduating in a few months anyway! :)

As for you, you're still very young. Sky is the limit for you, buddy! Do IM as much as you can on your free time, but please, don't forget to study too, okay?

Just a friendly tip! Good luck, and I'm sure you can make it big! :)

And i'm 15. PM me when you want to start. We can work together.

Also there is no use of spending the money. Writing articles yourself and doing your own SEO works much better.

I was 14 when I started, it's been 6 years+ now since then, if you want a kickstart in the right direction, give me a PM if you want, I know it can be overwhelming when you start, don't invest your money at all, save it, you'll need it later for hardcore IM but initally I'd say start with basic content writing, you can find auto-spinners for free around google, and start posting gigs on fiver, once you have saved a bit, then open up your website providing your services and direct your returning clients on there. Then it's a matter of expansion, or what most do is just flip the website and sell the clients separately.

Dont do face to face business. Or it will be a very LOL situation.

The best method for you will be buy a domain, make a decent blog, purchase articles, apply for adsense and make money.
Also try youtube + cpa ( always works), invest few bucks buying likes , views and comments.

I was the same age as you when I started making money online. I started doing graphic design at 13 years old and started making money from it at 14. I then went into web design at 14 and earned more money. It really gave me confidence as a businessman and as a person.

At 16 I helped my family from getting foreclosed on by paying a mortgage payment with the money I made. I love how you are 14 and have the mindset of starting slow and not setting too big of goals. That is how I was. It was $40 here, $20 there, $90 here and it adds up.

I suggest taking this FREE beginner internet marketing course at source-wave

I am also 14. My best advice to you is to put the $300 aside and start experimenting with ways to make money and the $300 can be investment money or if you need to buy tools such as bots. Good Luck!

It's good you are getting into it so young.

Build a REAL business, not just a network of get rich quick attempts.

Get yourself a mentor that knows what they are doing and do what they do, to learn these systems for yourself along the way.

Don't pay out your money for anything other than what you absolutely must in the beginning, as anyone worth their salt will tell you that it doesn't take a major investment to get a business project started, short of the direct time and labor involved if you do the proper steps.

Hang in there and take your time to find a plan that works for you and try one thing at a time or you will be broke and back to the drawing board within a week.

Hope that helps.
