Just updated to 2.8 and now it won't scrape articles. I tried three times now after restarting it each time and all three times it says scraping articles but nothing ever happens.

You see by logic each article directory download method should have atleast 700+ downloaded articles per keyword. I was getting 150-200 and blamed it on proxy. Today when i bought buynow proxies and tested my results, the urls returned have extra characters from searches which results in massive 404 errors. This will be fixed in 2.9 method and you will see good results with scraper even in article directory method.

Also SE method probably needs that error fixed too because typically it should result in 2000+ articles and it returned 400-500.

Expect the update soon.

Also i forgot to mention that the new threadingpool technology which i learnt is simply superb. No more hangs, all threads will be managed by itself. And now para mode can easily be worked upon as we will have so many articles to work with. I can give an example on this beauty :

Say you ask to build 20-30 articles at once. Right now you see a big not responding error but it does come back. In 2.9 you will see a status where it will show you which article is being built with a progress bar and each article will be build on a new thread so very faster building times.

I achieved this in senuke campaign mode. You can build almost 50 social network content, 50 wikis, 50 article directories, 50 bookmarks, titles, sub domains tags etc. on a different thread each and it will show you the progress. This will be added to 2.9 with magic submitter features. (I just bought UD and am working with it)

2.9 will be an awesome tweak in performance :)

I am out of my town and the speed is so crappy that i can't multi-quote so i am going to reply to you guys directly :


@naskoot - Please download new setup from website. It can help you if update is not working.


Also quite a few users have reported download not working after 2-3 tries so i will have to check for a potential bug. I have noted it in to-do list (which should be by 7-8 days including weekends. I can do non-internet related things quite well)


@jericho - Please try re-installing or reset the settings. This should fix your problem.


@Whoop - Yup will check. I am adding generic comments and a gsa export bug fix.

I am thinking that 2.9 will be a silent update. I won't be able to send any email for it but i will update my change log and this thread too. Also i will add a screen which will show the details of what that update has.

I cant seem to get by the "you have less lines than your settings", when trying to get GSA ready stuff... any idea? I set everything to lowest I think?

your welcome. I had the same issue for hours then I accidentally did a right click and wella the options showed up :)

and remember you have to filter the lines such as select only articles that has your keyword or the number of paragraphs .... yadiyadiyada....
 
For GSA, is it possible to generate article with videos and images automatically embedded? I notice that the options are there for Senuke, but not for GSA. Thanks.

No but i myself use GSA too so does it actually post articles with images and videos? I had tried once but most of the articles had the html text rather than the videos being embedded. I suppose the social networks might support it but it would be a nice idea to let sven add another article box which can take images and videos and post it to sites which accept them. What do you think about this? The users can tell him what platforms support it.

WOW on the affiliate page its clickbank, but on the site index you're selling with regnow. So that means you're stealing your affiliate promoters commission?

Hi,

An email was sent to all members on how to promote WAC in 2.8 and they were asked to contact us before they promote it. All the affiliates were sent an email on how to promote WAC through regnow. I am sorry if you were promoting WAC and got such an issue but clickbank moved us to red zone with like 2% refund rates so we had to move.

Also the affiliate page was removed from the website so how did you get the affiliate page?

hhmm, thats the issue. CB new refund and chargebacks policy is really suk.

I just did a search in google "wicked article creator affiliate" and come up to the aff. page.

James should be handling this stuff but i guess he's busy. Anyways i have deleted that page content so that no one would see wrong details.

Was that 2% charge back or refund? Refund rate would be fine but charge back can't usually be higher than 1%.
