Goodness, I've receive an infraction too and had a thread deleted, but at least I know I did something wrong. If you posted a thread about a site where you can get things at discount, who know if you own the site, if it's legitimate, etc.? You could make a ton of money and avoid the BST system.

However, he does have a point about dropshipping/wholesale, in that the whole section invites you to post what kind of items you have for sale, so there's no real defined rules for it, as far as I can tell, aside from a generic rule stating you should get written permission to sell outside the BST, though it doesn't mention wholesale/dropship specifically.

I personally follow a few wholesale threads, and they are of course selling items, listing pricing, etc. and I'm assuming they don't go through the BST channels or get written admin permission to post in those forums, and the section sort of leads you to believe that you can post items you have for sale.

I guess if he tried to sell a service, non-wholesale items, or non-dropship, it makes sense, but otherwise it really doesn't, as he isn't breaking any rules because they aren't defined in the first place.

This is Black Hat World. I completely agree with everyone's points. There is no reason why it should be okay for you to break the rules of bhw because others have also broken the rules. If i see some stupid idiot littering next to me, or a bunch of idiots littering around me, does that make it okay for me to litter and live in the same cess pit they enjoy living in? NO. So the Admins and Mods have clearly defined what exactly can go in there. Rest, they can approve or disapprove and you got to stick to their decision. Period.

Some people take the internet more serious then others.

Like for instance, 90% of what is said online would never be said in person with the same tone.

Just dont take shyt so personal, as text shows very little emotion.
Years ago, if I received an online infraction, it felt like a best friend beotch slapped me for no reason.
But now, its like bla blabla what ever.

In fact, I just got my first infraction for having an unclickable link in my siggy, which in my defense, thought it was allowed.

I was infracted, the siggy was deleted, I replied to the OP and said sorry, life goes on.

I have been here long enough to realize that OPs are very decent and are not a bunch of trigger happy nolifers that use the ban hammer to replace their lil pp;s unlike some boards.

In short, just do what you do, if you like helping here, help.

Someone said something about how addicting this place is, I 100% agree.

No they are not the same thing. However, warning was for a posting a site (that is for sure NOT mine) offering cheap deals. I see many posts here mentioning websites with deals etc, however, they are not deleted. As I said, if it is an affiliate link then you are 100% right to delete it, because it would be just advertising it for making money.
If you think I am the owner of the site, then I cannot post URLs here any longer, because I COULD be the owner of each site I post here. Some time ago I posted a link where you can get 1 month Skype premium for free, many users where happy with this and gave rep and thanks. Now I won't post this anymore because I have to fear receiving warnings and infractions for this. It is just bad for other members that they won't get information, not for me.
And about dropshippinmg&wholesale hookups, I thought this section was also for offering products and selling. I thought this, because 95% of this section consists of sales threads. Sorry, my fault.

Also about the guy gaving me neg. reputation for saying my opininon, I know who you are although you aren't fair enough to tell your name. Grow up please. (I do not measn you, sOap, I just posted it here in same post).

Sorry guys, I added some more content to my last post.

I am not an investigator, I am simply trying to put some sense in these people that they can't think they are smarter than others, esp after doing great wrongs to other members. When they are wrong, and caught, and still they don't admit it and try to put themselves on tracks again, I use some of the things I know...

This is not the point though. The OP is 'shouting too loud' now, in spite of being nicely spoken to by almost all the members here. I hate somebody breaking my eardrums apart like this. lol

It didn't took me 10 seconds to recheck if I did anything wrong by going to that link. It won't take you 5 seconds to recheck if you're wrong in opening this thread... any such displeasure should have prompted you to PM Mods and keep the unpleasant issues away from the members... IMHO.

There is absolutely no shame in admitting that we have done a genuine mistake. The loss of reputition is nothing compared to the happiness that we get in admitting a genuine mistake. It teaches us to be more careful in future, and that's a great education.

Thank you very much for taking back your report, because this is a genuine offer, it is (or was) a competition held by Sony themselves. I did not post it in dropshipping&wholesale forums, because it is no selling. I just wanted to tell people here that Sony holds a competition and you will get a free PSN code. Also, I received indeed a 30 day trial.

Sorry for some members who cannot understand my attitude or feel I would attack somebody personally. That was never my intention. All of my links here in the lounge are no affiliate/referrals/trying to sell sth. etc.
This is just some info I found on other forums or myself and I thought maybe some of them could be of help to some members, because he is looking for this and that but cannot afford it and would be happy to get it cheaper or for free.
