I can't say for sure tbh no one knows what Google's thinking even though a lot claim to. Yeah man side column or footer generally.

Some of the top big kw niches have been dominated by sites with these links recently, search around bhw theres plenty of threads you'll see so yeah. No Secret SEO is different its focused on building up slow steady movement over months of consistant and well planned out SEO.
