Are these email lists any better than the ones I just scrape with a web crawler?

It seems like the majority of the ones I scrape are cancelled accounts.

if I send an email to 500 yahoo emails addresses will yahoo block them as spam or deliver them regardless of how many yahoo adresses I send to?

Free lists are almost always worthless, high-bounce, low-engagement lists that won't make you a dime. Hell, even cheap purchased lists are usually not worth what you pay for them.

There are exceptions, of course. Just as a general rule, though, I wouldn't suggest trusting the value of free or cheap lists.
