Jacks Tumblr Auto-Follow Imacro Script

Tumblr have had an update and seems as though the script does not click the "follow" button anymore..

Due to a request from gangsta1 (don't forget to thank him) I have decided to update the follower script due to a recent change in tumblr. Tumblr in their infinite wisdom have decided to make it alot easier for us imacro script writers to manipulate their website, great news LOL!.

Method:

Use this as normal to scrape tumblr followers IDs:

Follow the exact instructions here to change the urls of the tumblr ids you scraped in the previous script:

But instead of using the imacros script at the bottom of that post, use this one:

It follows only a few of the list, am I doing something wrong? Ive tried adding more seconds to the WAIT but it still not following the whole list =/

Hey Jack, I'm not sure if it's working anymore. I followed your new instructions, changed the imacro code and it worked fine. I just went to follow another 100 users and it won't let me, it does the whole follow/refresh but when I check how many people I'm following it's not updating. BUT, if I go and manually follow someones page and refresh then it shows I followed them, so I haven't just hit my follow limit so I'm positive that's not it.. Any ideas?

Okay, so it's not just me.. Hopefully Jack has a fix for it, he's been good to us so far!
 
I too had the problem where it wouldn't follow specific users, but it was an easy fix.

Simply replace

Code: 
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:IMAGE FORM=ACTION:/follow ATTR=SRC:(the link)*

with

Code: 
TAG POS=1 TYPE=A ATTR=TXT:Follow

Not sure if that works for everyone, but it seems to work for me.

Already had done that.. The new code worked for about a day or two and then it stopped working again :\



EDIT: Nevermind! It actually does work.. Jack had changed the code from the original to

TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=TXT:Follow but the difference between that coding and yours, is that it's "TYPE=A" and not "TYPE=BUTTON"

I dont understand what to do in the part where we find the location of the folder for Tumblr.txt
I'm not a good coder so I dont understand what to do ; can someone run me through the whole process?

Ive changed that, and right now I still have the same issue, I put 200 loops and it only follows some of them like randomly.

Since i dont know much of all this Ive changed the "TAG POS=1 TYPE=A ATTR=TXT:Follow"

to

"WAIT SECONDS=3
CLICK X=1206 Y=11"

so If im following some of the list, this will unfollow them and follow all the unfollowed

Is anyone having the same problem as me?

Jack, i humbly beseech you to code a script to add imagetwist photos and their respective links to a tumblr queue. I know this task is not too steep for your mighty piratey powers...okay sorry for the pirate lingo that i suck horribly at. but please, this would diminish my gray hairs, stress, depression, erectile dysfunction etc almost entirely lol thanks for your help sir
