Don't fall for his hypocrisy.

Firstly, if those issues (coder ran away, .etc) were real, he could have at least came back and let us know.
Now he's trying to act all innocent and such.

What's worst is he is now giving EWP away for free? And still have the guts to say it is dead.

If he is really repentant, he should at least issue a partial refund to all his clients... because:
1) EWP is dump and will never be supported again.
2) He is giving out the Premium Version away for FREE.

a tool update or partial recompense rather than hide behind buisy
with school - everyone has 5 mins to spare to tell peoples whos hard

Stay away from his Free premium version
When a programmer give away a paid one for free is because there is always a double on it. I bet everything that has some trojan inside or a custom trojan... try to use it with a packets scan software like shark..(I dont remember the name) and you can see some callback to other servers

Not only that, he already knows he has been banned. YET, he didn't even bother to PM the mods or find a way to let the others know why. He is still a scammer, regardless.

I knew extremePHP personally. He lives abt 100km from my place. Have never met, but have talked to him on phone.

He is a 18-19 yr old kid, so he will have that maturity only.

he was arrogant for sure, but I dont think he intend to scam anyone. I will call him up tomo and will update on the thread.

It only takes 5 minutes to update your thread, send an mass email to all your customers and finally update your website with some kind of popup message. Someone posted that he made an update on FB, if he can post an update on FB then why can't he send an email to all his customers?

Everyone goes through bad phase but it all depends on how you tackle them. Once reputation is ruined, it's hard to retain that back.

Just saw your post on BHW today. Well, I cleared up the matter by sending every one a copy of the full software.. Had issues with the programmer and stuff. Thats how it all happened

issues with programmers and all could be fixed. I think he is so immature to spoil such a good application and a good chance. he could have evolved it to something bigger.

I remember him giving me crap before because I was testing his software using a nulled version, to which I had to say "just offer everyone a free trial" and also the price was just silly, Scrapebox is text book how to offer a product.

I think it was a project poorly planned from the start, and hopefully he can move on and learn from it. Credit to the mods for banning him.

This takes out a lot of people in the IM game and the key to getting around this is to communicate and this is something that everyone needs to learn from.

Two weeks ago I was in a hospital bed, flu, pneumonia and some lung ulcer thing but I still took the time to say " hey guys, I'm feeling pretty shite at the moment so you need to wait a bit longer to answer emails" and 99% of clients will be fine and the other 1% can either leave or deal with it to be honest.

In the IM game you need to be one step ahead and you MUST be transparent and honest, we all make mistakes (I make loads) but its how you deal with it that prevents further issues with clients. Most people don't care what the issue is, they want to know what's happening going forward and the same can be prevented going forward.

Communication is the key to life, the key to business and the key to success!

Alongside that is the ability to put your hands up and say "damn I screwed up" and be prepared to face the music.

I doubt this wiki thing will ever be sorted but if anything does come from it, communicate with your customers - YOu can't please everyone but you can at least try.

Sad to see what happened here but great response from zen and 7878 ... And I'm always in support of BlackSeng much like wannabie I enjoy his threads so I'm happy he got upgraded with a nice piece of generosity. One of the highlights of the otherwise depressing reading that is the shitlist, lol
