We're still have much diverse outbound links than the competition. If you have been penalized in this penguin update, you should consider NOT using the blog networks which game their PA / DA with mass spam links. That could hurt your own sites too. Now don't ask me how to find that out. If you know what you're doing, then you should know that some googling + OSE / ahrefs can easily help you find out
