It seems my account got downgraded back to free and I can't access any of my reports. I just paid not long ago. Could you please check out what's wrong? Also, I PMed you a few days ago and it'd be great if you can reply.
Could you please PM me your username and I'll take care of that for you?
Thanks
I noticed SERPBuddy trying to give me a heartache. On almost all of the sites, a keyword or two that's in the first page then goes N/A then comes back again after 18 - 24 hours. It's been constantly like this ever since the last few days of September.
I've noticed the same as veheme.
Several keywords of mine are showing as extremely low positions (200/300+ or N/A), yet the site is ranked no.1 or in their usual positions (page1 for example). Checked from different computers and different ip's, proxies etc, been like it since the latest update aswell. This is for several sites too, different niches.
Incase it's a geo-specific problem, I am checking google.co.uk
I'd be interested in this. I'd like to know how it's better than paying $37 one time for Traffic Travis and getting essentially the same stuff.
I don't think that's SB -
Google have been some major updates (again) and I've actually seen some sites vanish for a couple of hours in Google then spring back up again, SB can only report what's there
I use SB and a few other software/tools and they all say that from time to time
I'm also seeing a lot of domain crowding at the moment
Same problem here - I have noticed this last few days over several sites ranks keep disappearing - but manual check shows they are there.
I'm not about to can cancel my subscriptions, but it does need to be looked at.
veheme is right. I am about to cancel my PayPal subscription because of this.
I have ranked 1 and 2 for the same keyword for three years. According to SerpBuddy right now I rank N/A. If I check through any other rank checking software or via a manual search I am still ranked 1. I checked in more than ten countries and I am ranked 1 everywhere. The only place that does not rank me is SerpBuddy.
SerpBuddy has some major issues.
It does not detect me as ranking for roughly 20% of the keywords I KNOW that I rank for.

Had I been a member for months I would stick with it for a while. However, I am only four days in and I get horribly inaccurate rankings.
The support forum on the site has many unanswered complaints which makes me think the service provider doesn't care.
I've really liked SERPBuddy since buying it last month but there are times when it shows completely wrong results. Sometimes it might just be the time of day that it logs the data as some of my new sites dance like mad, which is fine, but ones that are stuck at the top of Google show odd results, like #24 instead of #1.
I don't mind if the results are slightly wrong but as long as it's consistent as I send reports to clients. It's so much better than other rank trackers, though, which is why I'm sticking with it. Could you take a look at mine to see if there are any bugs, please? (username:JudderMan) Cheers.
Hey guys just curious to see if there is something currently buggy right now? I feel like I'm getting a lot of n/a's right now.
Still the best rank tracker out there, but just wondering cuz it seems like its been off for the last few days. Thanks in advance.
