I noticed the download link is the 'lite' version? can anyone tell me the difference between lite and full paid version?

Is Get Article Pro a scam?

After using the Get Article Lite for a few months and being impressed with it, I decided to purchase Get Article Pro.
Upon trying to register my copy apparently the Licensing Server cannot connect, producing a (999) error.
I have attempted this a number of times now, and have contacted their developers via direct email, through the software and from their website and after a few weeks still no response.
I am thinking maybe they are not legit and it appears now that I have lost my money.
Has anyone else had a bad or good experience with Get Article Pro and it's developers? I'd really like to know if Get Article Pro is a scam or real software.
