My Review:

I took a small package.
The majority of the comments are posted on websites that needs a registration to post comments. So the OBL is low. The link I have manually checked are all do-follow. I can't comment on serp improvment because its too soon and because I didn't take this service for that.
In conclusion, I like it. You must try it !

Second review:

Got 100 Do-Follow Blog comments (PR4 to PR6) = $60 only. Took about 2-3 days to get the links. Links look good (a little higher OBL's than the first time around) and I have definite SERP increase. My website previously dropped from page one to page twelve after the last round of Google updates - this service brought me back up to page 2. Good work and great service. Highly recommended.
