GSA Search Engine Ranker - Extremely Powerful Linkbuilding Software (Free 5 Day Trial)

Do I have to insert the hyperlink into my articles or does GSA SER inserts the hyperlink for me?

After new update (4.26) I have trouble with posting links. I set 200 threads and before update my CPU usage was 80-95%, after update I have 20-30% at first 2-3 mins and 1-2% later, so GSA don't post any links (or post it with very low speed - 5-10 links/hour)... I didn't change any settings, this problem appeared after new update.

P.S. sometimes after restart of software threads can work great 30+ mins and after that just stack on one task.

I'll ask Sven about it but I think its supposed to post your article more then once. I'm not 100% sure but I'll see.

Why does he have it setup like that? GSA is just posting the SAME spun article to the SAME domain (posterous.com) using my SAME account (http://swi7ch.posterous.com/spunarticle1) so I don't see the point or benefit of reposting the same content over and over. Like I said, it's the only one that does this whenver I clear my URL cache/history so I thought maybe there was just something wrong with that particular engine.

Yeah, I've noticed GSA is now slower too when it comes to submitting/finding links. This is on 300 threads. I guess a lot of ppl are complaining about CPU/RAM usage so he just limited/slowed down submission internally to combat this while thinking of something else.

GSA will insert the link for you or you can also do it via HTML yourself if you want.

I don't believe he did any type of optimization on the last update so I'm not sure why it would be happening on the latest. He did set a timer in between PR checks to prevent the PR? coming up too much.

If you setup your campaign to pull spun articles from a folder instead of a single article you should get a better mix. You can see how to do that here: multiple articles

Thanks for the replies.

I have just two additional questions:

1) About the VPS which one do you suggest, normally i use Corgi tech but with unmetered the price goes sky high.
2) About the articles, the software scrap them from the internet or i need to provide the articles?

Thanks again,
Morg

1) The recommended VPS is poweruphosting. They put some deals together for GSA customers. You can find a link to it inside the software right next to where you adjust the threads in the global options.

2) You will need to provide your own articles.

I just checked all my backlinks and I was wrong---Posterous and xFire are the two engines that will repeatedly ignore the "Avoid posting URL on same domain twice" setting.

Santos, I know you can pull different spun articles from a folder but I do NOT want to post anything else on the same domain regardless of whether it's a spun article or not. I just want GSA to post to ONE domain and that's it. I want it to post ONCE on Posterous and ONCE on xFire and I want it to IGNORE those two domains forever because GSA has already submitted to them! But if I clear my URL history and cache list because new engines have been added for example, then GSA will still post two those sites again within minutes of starting my projects. It's ridiculous. I just deleted maybe 35 xFire links! :(

Would GSA be ok if I want to target my inner pages only with a sprinkling of links from different platforms? Is it safe if I moderate the anchor text? Im just looking for a quick and easy way to rank long tail KWs with very low comp.

Ah I thought you meant it was posting articles to the same property. Like keyword.wordpress.com and it was posting multiple articles to the same account. I believe Sven knows about Xfire but I don't know the reasoning of why you can post multiple times to the same domain.

It might be best if you mention it in the forum so he can see it directly.

The software is great for ranking long tails. You can set it to post to x amount of links per day.

4.27 - new: esyndicate engine improved (should now be able to submit to javascript protected sites)
- new: "unknown directory" renamed to "webpronews" + fixed
- fix: another issue in indexing submission (sorry hard to code blindly here
when not having an account on the services)
- fix: some search engines fixed
- fix: one minor bug with "already submitted/verified" detection for fixed url providers

Wow...This GSA SER looks a great Product S4nt0s !!
I downloaded the 5 day trial to learn the Video and i couldn't be more amazed !!

I will definately buy it after i done testing !!

Cheers

Hi s4nt0s,
I bought the software via your link today, loving it so far! I was wondering if you would be able to show me how I use scrapebox, footprints and keywords to find target sites for the application if possible? I would really like to scrape my own list and add the URL's into the application.

Thanks in advance :)

If you watch the video on global site lists and advanced options, it briefly covers this.

4.28 - fix: one bug from previous version

Anyone else experiencing horrendous submission rates (even using global lists) after this update?

Also it seems to be sitting and freezing a lot of the time.... ?

You aint going to like this. After this update, I have been running tests over night to see if the pr-? problem has been resolved, which some people have been hit badly with, including myself. After trying things like dedicated proxies instead of shared, complete reinstall of the software etc to rule out fat finger and muppet keyboard entry. Sven has made some changes to how it checks pr to help those affected and asked if I was back to full flow on submissions.

12 hrs testing with the latest released version

16,000 submitted 1600 verified. A ratio of about 1 in 10

Thats on nothing more than a home computer and a 6 meg internet connection running 50 threads
Captcha Sniper X and no other decaptcha service used
