I made some hundreds of dollars with youtube and CPA 1 year ago...
don't know now if it's working the same method let me explain you how I did

Posted videos with subjects from google trends and youtube trends and added in the description a CPA offer like $100 KFC gift card or stuff like that... That's all !!!

I strongly believe that Youtube + CPA isn't dead at all. I am still banking money with them using PPD. You just have to find the right niche and avoid getting flagged by someone.
