I was wondering if anyone willing to teach SEO for a price and how much would it usally cost?

No one can teach you SEO. It's an ever changing game, just read read read.

It would cost time. I would advice you to read BHW and other sources..I dont think you should pay to learn SEO. It wont just work. If you have the passion then you will let urself dig the internet to learn the bits of SEO

and not to forget SEO is not like a blueprint which works the same way for everyone. Its all about testing. So fail and test. Thats what many of the SEO experts did.

Just learn the basics mate of SEO. There are many great resources to learn it from.

If you, however, are determined to be taught by someone, then be prepared to be ripped off because no one can teach SEO completely.

You have plenty of info on BHW alone, and it will cost you "only" your time.
You have to start reading and taking action, test and learn form your mistakes, and you will succeed!

You do not have to spent money. What you need is time. You can get a total concept of seo in two days, but the most important thing is to do it.

SEO is a massive subject and it is getting more and more complicated

You should have some serious bases before beeing able to make your own judgement on it.

To get those bases you need to read a lot.

you can learn seo for free if you spend time on this forum reading threads. Its not a difficult subject but you should understand the strategy.

The way I teach SEO is pretty much what you will find by reading and doing. If it helps you can break up your lessons into three main parts:

1. Keyword research
2. On-site SEO factors
3. Link building

Read this forum, SEOMoz, etc. Then pick a target niche. For your first one don't focus on making money - this is about learning. Do the keyword research, build the site, start linking. Check you results. Analyze your success or failure - what should you do different next time. Rinse and repeat.

Spend a couple weeks just reading everything you can on this forum. Then start testing and refining what you have learned

Sorry to disagree with you all, but to truly learn SEO, you're going to have to invest some money into it (services, software, etc.) and essentially lose money because of the mistakes you're bound to make when starting out. So it's basically a game of trial and error. You spend some, you lose some, you learn what works and what doesn't, then you start to profit.

Once you've put in the time reading and absorbing all the information you possibly can, I'd say a few hundred dollars is enough to get a real feel of how it works.

Good luck! If you have any questions, feel free to PM or skype me. (I won't try to sell you anything, I just like giving back to the community).

There's no cost to learn SEO that's free, to perform SEO work well that's a different story

The only real cost is a domain and hosting. You do not need (nor would I recommend) any software or services when you are learning. You do not have enough knowledge to determine what software or services you need and how much to pay for them.

When I teach this to college students they spend about $50 total for a domain (or domains) and hosting. You might go through a few domains before you really feel like you "have it".

For KW research just use the Google External Keyword tool and enter the search terms into Google to see the competition. Yes, it's slow and cumbersome - but you will learn!

SEO is free to learn, you can build links and sites for free. But to master SEO, you will need a lot of time for learning and money for the best seo tools.

The first thing is you have to find keywords.Find in google :)
