A great actor! The Green Mile was one of my favourite films growing up, and it always fetched a tear to my eye. Sad to see him gone at just 54.

Heard it on the radio today. 6'5" and 300lb. A massive man but had a heart attack a few months back I guess and things went south from there.

I honestly did not even know he had health problems but I would like to point out that he was in many many movies not just green mile. Some include Daredevil, Armageddon and even did a bit of voice actor in movies like Kung Fu Panda (although right now I can't remember which character it is).

None the less an incredibly sad thing to happen but things like this give me a reminder to go out and live life a little more. I am heading down to my pub and buying a round. RIP Michael Clarke Duncan.

I made the mistake of breaking the news to my flatmate last night when she was drunk. Oh the outburst that occured!!

I'm so saddened to hear this. I now realise that over the next few years the people I grew up watching and admire are going to slowly die one by one. Jim Carrey, Steve Martin, Meryl Streep, etc.
