The answer is a resounding yes to there being "bulletproof" INTERNATIONAL HOSTING PLANS and also a seriously dangerous Mailer as well.

So here is my purely theoretical aproach of hosting copyright stuff.

About me: i worked in IT since 3 years, have been raided once for downloading copyright stuff and knew how to protect me.
But i'm no lawyer, so it would be better to consult one and get 100% proof of the following.


Laws:

Hosting CRS (Copy Right Stuff), is illegal in most of the world, but there are some countries which doesnt apply these laws or don't have the infrastructure for it.

Russia, Switzerland, East Europe

Russia:
You can easly buy a VPS from russia and host it yourself from there, since american laws can't always be applied in Russia, alot of real Blackhat stuff is made like this. Also there are alot of vendors, but you have the problem of uptime, trying to make that anonymous and not sounding like the next Keven Mitchnick.

Switzerland:

Downloading CRS is illiegal, well not really. It's completelly legal to download stuff from the interwebs, you can't get arrested for downloading stuff.

You can how ever get arrested for Upload.

But since you want to host it, you will need somekind of protection.

Here is my method.

1. Get a VPS in Switzerland
2. Get a SSL Certificate from Africa or from a well known spam-protection NR in germany.
( i posted in once in the forums for some other privacy stuff)
3. Protect your self with a ToS which goes something like this.

Cheap fiverr ToS

By entering this site you are accepting the ToS

If you a working member or a member of the following Instituetes:
- Blowny
- Suckidas
- Blockf***er
and are using this Website to investigate or for any other usage which involves any legal claims, you are not allowed to.

You can however use the site for private usage.

This text is by no terms, buisness useful and possibly should get modified to some buisness standard.

This ToS however will protect you from the law, since the law also states, that you can't not be setenced if the "proofs" or / and "evidence" was taken in any form of a illigeal or probhited action.
Hint: ToS

The thing with the SSL Certificate is another trap for them, since if they are wiretapping your connection to the server or from the server as proof.

You can show them your Certificate and ask them how they got it. Since the Traffic is encrypted there is no way they could get it without cracking the encryption, which means, again an illigeal action.

Is that true or have you just made it up? Whenever I see people mentioning to use such TOS, the "smart" ones say that it's pretty much useless and doesn't cover you at all.

The ToS was just freshly writte, but the laws are true and well documented here in switzerland.

Swiss Law protects the privacy of a person a lot and i mean seriously alot. Also why should a ToS not count, they also have their ToS and i can have mine.

In that case I guess you have to be a resident, otherwise Swiss laws won't protect you if you're based elsewhere? I think the TOS law may only apply to Switzerland though. TOS although should be helpful I'm not sure if it's considered anywhere else in such cases. Law is a tricky thing.

If you followo the rules i stated you might have a chance.

But always go to a lawyer beforehand, i'm no lawyer but i can bend it to my needs, which helped my lawyer helping me.

Also check the meaning of the ToS out and if anything fails, hide behind the American laws.

I might go on the thin ice with that one.

User made Content is not what the webmaster thing, ofc you have to remove DMCA Stuff.

Here some other rules i talked today with my friend who works for RS.

1. No bonus-system for guys who upload things.
2. No Search Machine (which is legally bound to your name) for your warez

That were the two facts he talked about when we spoke, first before that,

1. Go to your lawyer.
2. Ask him about the silence Agreement ( A lawyer is bound to the law that he can't use your talk as evidence when you talk with him[atleast in switzerland])
3. Say which laws should protect you
4. Say him what you are plannening and what you might missed
5. Buisness plan
6. Buisness setup
7. Profit
