Okay I am not gonna lie. Me and this dude got off to a real rocky start. I am talking about to the point where I was about to do tell him where to stick it. Yet after some negotiations I decided to give him one more chance. How did he do? Well today I am ordering another 18 sites off of him. So you be the judge.

Out of all honesty when we started out his communication skills is 0. Now I am gonna put it around about a 7 or 8. The articles are also around a 7 or 8. The design I am gonna say is a five at best. You are not gonna win any prizes here. His KW research is worth the price of what he is selling alone. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Now with that being said it suits me just fine. Look you build a lot of crap see what sticks and what does not and those that stick you build and put in better themes better content and what not. Yet you have to have something there to find out if it is a good niche to get into or not. He is giving you a great base point and one of the best KW researchers I have seen in the business. Use it for what it is worth.

So there you have it.

BTW like I said I just ordered 18 more sites. So let's get busy lol.
