that's alright and it's normal. it's a standard operation procedure for them when you're opening for a dollar account. you just have to patiently explain to them the details how possible affiliate marketing is. I remember when I applied mine at BPI and I have to explain to the manager about affiliate marketing to the point that I've given her a free lesson on how to make money online LOL

dollar account is what you should have when you're getting cheques. a peso account is good enough for direct deposit.

I haven't yet tried that but I think it's possible. Try playing around your paypal's settings and input your dollar account's details there.

I personally use UnionBank's EON card. It works as a DEBIT and can also work as a CREDIT card. Loving it because it hasn't given me any hassle after a year of awesome service -- did I mention it only costs less than $10 to set up (P350 to be exact)?

If you live in Davao, that's your choice.

You can't withdraw paypal money. You have to withdraw from PayPal first TO Eon and then from Eon, you can get your money via ATM.

Minimum would be P100. Maximum P20k per day.
