Bought a ready Adwords account(US) with $100 in it and used a USA proxy. My campaign is "eligble" as of now. Hopefully, it'll get approved soon.

First. I would like to give expertSEO my deepest gratitude for sharing this method. Yes, this might not be a new and fresh technique, but it sure does help people like me to achieve something. I am a newbie when it comes down to Affiliate Marketing, but have a reasonable knowledge when it comes to SEO. This is something new for me.
I have been reading this thread for the past 3 days, straight. I just don't read, I also visualize and plan. As a gift of my gratitude to expertSEO. I will be answering some questions here, I won't care if this method becomes exhausted in the future since without this share, I would be still playing DotA and caring less about earning money.
So far.. I have successfully created two campaigns. (all balance was exhausted, no bans, approved within the day)
In reply to MickMcG: In my case, I found it not necessary to switch your screen resolution or to use a different browser. But I have indeed used different cookies for each account. I've done this using the method a user posted here (after clearing your browser data, visit some sites first)
I have also proven that YOU CAN, use the same landing page as much as you want using different Adwords account. (I followed expertSEO's advice to delete your previous campaign before starting another one)
The vouchers from fiverr work.
You don't have to over content your landing page. I use a blog post with about 600 words of article. That's it, it works great. (This is a unique content that was written by me.)
You don't have to necessarily use USA proxy. This works perfect in countries that have Manual Payments available. So if you do, my advice is to use your local proxy. I am guessing that it is harder for the G team to trace non-USA residents.
You don't have to necessarily use a Private proxy. I use a public proxy, with a fake address and name. (Address is within the said IP)
My greatest advice to those who wants to earn money using this method is... READ THIS THREAD! AND READ IT FROM THE START!'I won't be answering question from someone who obviously did not spend a time to read this thread.
I use a wordpress blog. Paid domain and hosting, but this works great on blogspot blogs also. I am sending traffic from my campaign to one of my blog post. I was careless and I even left my Infolinks ad active.. Guess what? They don't care and they keep sending traffic to me.

I don't cloak my link, I haven't tried it on Clickbank. I am using Amazon Affiliate with an Image Ad.
It would largely help you if you also read the Adwords Policy. They have listed all the Do's and Don'ts there.

Now that's hard to believe that Big G allow 1 page blog to use adwords
Will work on this. LOL
I tried this method and got banned 4 times in a row.
I got banned because of using unoriginal content so a little warning to people who follow everything to the T: Use your own content.
I am having a writer writes me unique content.
I am also a DOTA fans, where are you from?

Another ad got disapproved as they saw links on other posts to bridge pages.. So even though my "landing" page and many others had NO links,I got a disapproval.. So I will work on it..I am going to look at what OP did with subdomains.. At least my account didnt get fried. And again this is all a learning experience. Even though I read this forum a number of times. I have made the mistakes that I read about..Another time I forgot to delete a campaign.. and then another account got cancelled... lol Thanks everyone 4 sharing!!!
