I live in India and very much interested and desperate to buy your service, my paypal account and so my business have been frozen from the past one month
and I need to have a Paypal account to run my business, please let me know what package I will need to order.... few questions if you could please answer.
1. How am I going to transfer the funds that come into the Paypal account that you create, do I again need to add a bank account to paypal to transfer the funds.
2. How do I get the ATM that you are providing ?
3. I read in many posts saying that Paypal tracks the IP address, how can I overcome this and use the account you create, in India?
PLEASE HELP ME OUT I AM REALLY STRUCK FROM THE PAST ONE MONTH ( I am new to this community so I cannot PM you, please do reply.)

Speed: 9/10 . He had some errors needed to be fixed so was a little late. As that is understandable, his TAT was good.
Communication: 10/1 0. Gre at stuff! Seller is extremely helpful and I must say he is the best in this business!
Price: 9/10. Solid price for an account like this.
Quality: 9/10. This is the type of account that sticks! I didn't receive any warnings or so, so far. The address looks very much legit. He spent time in gathering these info. The VCC got approved at the very first try. Not the ones which you have to add 2-3 times.
Overall: 9/10. This is a great service! I have been waiting for years for something like this! Hopefully, he won't burn out and stop this service
