What is great offshore hosting that ignores DMCA request? Maybe even with US IP's?

If you find US hosting that claims to do this, I would avoid it. Thats just asking for trouble.

I can vouch for RMXHost. They're here at BHW and I have been with them for some time without any problems at all :)

Netelligent. I've been hosted with them for over a year, had multiple DMCA's sent to Netelligent, all of which they forwarded to me, with a "discard if you don't want to comply" message. I've never had to comply with a DMCA request as they're located in Canada (offshore). Their speeds are great, and their support is fantastic. Most the time their support gets back to me in 10-15mins.

Also, my site is an illegal streaming website, just an FYI.

The site I was referring to, was: http://www.netelligent.ca/

I haven't had a problem with them in the almost year I've been hosted there. I currently have 4 dedicated servers with Netelligent.

Bulgaria might be a good option for you-services cost pretty much the same ans anywhere else and are just as reliable and there are give or take no laws regarding the internet. In other words even if someone complains about something hosting companies tell them to fuck off...

I started to received this sh#t DMCA notice. Do they can sue me if I'm not from US? Buy my site is hosted in US.

How do you monetize an illegal streaming site? People can always trace the money back to you unless you are using fake everything and somehow still able to collect it.
