I have got about 20k in one account (business account)
I have a personal account with negative balance, under 2k
I have already provided all the documents and have gone through an extensive verification process but the deal I got from paypal is that they are going to need a reserve fund and hold 60% of all future payments for I think a period of 4 weeks. If I dont agree to that then they will hold all my money for 6 months and then issue me a check. I am still in negotiation with them and I have even tried pressuring them through an attorney but it didnt seem to help. I am not sure if you can help me in this situation, I would ofcourse love to get my hands on the money but the biggest bs is that paypal wont even allow me to refund payments. I know they dont allow the refund option after 60 days I think but I have never seen them put a limit on refund. If I can just get the account to process a few refunds, I can recover some money from my clients by refunding and getting paid through a different method.
