Idea: Make a Amazon-Magento site, a professionally looking one. Starting from domain, hosting, articles, graphics, setup&installation to marketing, SEO, PPC etc
Things look pretty simple in theory but not practically. 1st of all selecting a good niche, then setting up a professionally good looking site and then getting it ranked on google to make money from it is not at all an easy job.
I have a few sites which are making me some $xxx each month consistently and I am offering the same to all of you.
What I will do: Get a well researched keyword with EMD available, set up a professionally looking site for that, promote it to make money off it and finally flip it after 6-12 months.
What You need to do: An investment of $100 per site, give me your amazon affiliate ID, send me weekly earning stats, receive money from Amazon and send me 50% of whatever you get. Basically, its getting 50% for no work.
Risk Factor: Even if the site fails to deliver anything, no sale,no commission,nothing....still we can earn money from it by flipping it and I have seen such sites selling for $250-300 easily.
What will I use the $100 for: Buying good keywords, buying domian/hosting,hiring staff to build site, articles for site and SEO and promotion(won't discuss in details about how I am going to promote).
Why I am not doing it myself if I can earn: Because I can't scale it up to 100 sites if I keep it to myself.
How many members I am accepting: As of now, I am looking to make 100 such sites. I'd prefer people looking to invest in multiple sites so that its easy to track, once I can get 100 sites on the list(even if only one big investor takes them all), I'll close this JV.
Any other income from site: Once we sell the site, you'll get 50% of the profits from the sale as well.
