Hey BHW,

Recently I'm facing a question, I have a working view bots that can increase my video views 10k~100k per day, and I produce "quality" videos on a weekly basis. However, I wonder how do I increase more subscribers in a short time of period (let's say 1-2 months), or what method would you suggest to achieve the goal. My goal is not to make little money in the short-run, but to gain a lot of subscribers and make big money in the long-run. So far I have about 2,000 subscribers, and I gain approximately +15 subscribers per day. But with the "times" and "quality" I put on the videos, I believe I should be able to gain more subscribers per day.

Any ideas? I am open for any kind of strategies... By the way, I am also a Youtube partner.

Thanks for any suggestions. :)

What the blue planet said, keep pushing at more views since that may be the only way for more subs.

You sure you make quality videos? Usually when someone does something they can't judge their shit 100%. Go on Craigslist, send some people your videos and see what they have to say.

In the end of video just put picture or say : subscribe to my channel or something like that

If you use a view site that give you view and subscribers like 20-30 view and subs a day your are bound to grow with free traffic eventually.

Get them both. Use sub4sub for subscribers and enhaceviews for comments and vagex for views.

Yeah I can see how more views attract more subscribers. But it will just take sometime.. And I'm just looking for some faster method.

Don't use sub4sub systems because they aren't targeted subscribers and most probably the accounts are used just to earn points, and nobody will be interested on you're videos. I have 1700 subs, and about 200 are active. The only way to get good subs is by making great stuff, and upload fast, once a week (i can't keep up with that xD especially i do heavy metal guitar covers, takes lot of time to learn songs).
I suggest to try facebook's power :D Uplaod a photo or something related with your vids. Like, a print screen with your most viewed vid, and tag friends on that photo(up to 45 if I can remember), and put in the description your link to the vid and a message like "subscribe for more awesomeness". Try to tag people with 4000-5000 friends. The photo will apear on their wall/timeline, so it spreads easely. Also get into 50-100 groups, and compose a message, copy paste that to all, with a link to your vid and again a sub message. Even with this method its hard to get loyal subs, but at least you get 500-1000 legit views :D

concentrate on getting more subscribers. If you have good videos you get subscribers automatically and they in turn increase your views.

Normally the more views does equate to more subscribers.

However, if you want to make this process go quicker. Either
A) Give them an incentive to subscribe. Eg tell them that if they subscribe, they earn bonus content or something (up to you to decide what you give them)
B) Buy fake subscribers to increase how legit you look, hopefully stimulating real people to join.

Ummmm interesting method! I'm actually do mention subscriber, and fellow me on fb, etc... Yet it's still generating a bit slow. I believe if I ever have a chance to appear on the front page, I can for sure boost my daily sub and not just for that moment because I do create some good quality show. I can show you the link let you be the judge, just PM me if you want to see :)

Yes and that's what I have been trying to work on. But it is quite difficult to expose your video on front page compare to 3,4 years ago when less people are uploading videos. I believe I will get there as I keep producing the quality show. However, I'm just trying to find a way to achieve it quicker.

Indeed. Sub4sub doesn't give you that much benefit of "real audiences". I agree by "making great stuff" and "upload fast" can get good subs. I do make good videos(which I spent about 12 hours on average per video) and upload on weekly basis. (If you interested what kind of video I make just PM me.)
I do kind of like the method of "Facebook power". I haven't try that by tagging people with in the thumbnail which I customize in every new video I uploaded. I might try that see if it helps. However, wouldn't you get "flagged" by doing so?
And how do people use the "reddit power" to boost their video? I haven't figured out how viral reddit power works yet..

Don't worry about flags, you can be flagged by an army, but as long as your content is good, your video won't get down. You might get a few dislikes, unwanted trolls won't cease to exist, but dislikes count upwards in search engines. Literary what doesn't kill you makes you stronger :]]
I tried reddit also. I haven't got lucky yet, can't get past 5 likes XD I have a friend with a post of over 1000 likes about a WOW video, so keep trying.

So there is no working view bots at all to this point...? :(

Don't use any bots or sites that help you boost views, and subscribers. I did it on one of my YouTube accounts, and my Adsense got banned. Google will most likely find out, don't use any Black hat methods if you want to have a long run on YouTube. It would be sad to see your hard work flushed down the toilet. If you get banned from Adsense, all the YouTube accounts connected to it, will lose the privilege of ever being Partners again. Happened to me.

Hi Joshlin,

1) More (real) Views = More Subscribers. How many views? If your viewers like your content, you should be gaining about 1 new subscriber per 185-400 video views. This is the range the top youtubers are receiving. If you're not receiving at least 1 sub per 400 video views it could be A) those viewers didn't like your content B) the views were not real people C) views came from outside of youtube (these views hardly ever sub) D) you need to ask people to subscribe and have sub annotations to click on your video.

2) Where should these views that turn into subscribers be coming from? A) YouTube Search B) Related/Suggested Videos (right hand side of screen) C) Collaborations with other YouTubers.

How to improve on these 3 things?
A) For YouTube search, use https://ads.youtube.com/keyword_tool to find which keywords are being searched the most.
B) Pay attention to what is trending by looking at most viewed videos and http://www.youtube.com/trendsdashboard
C) Put the keyword phrase you want to show up for as your first words in your title, your first words in your description and the first tags in your tab box.
D) If your video has a good audience retention rate, receives likes, comments and favorites, you have a good chance of getting decent keyword placement.

For how to show up on the right hand side of other videos, I have no fricken clue. I'm working on figuring that out right now.

If you haven't yet read the YouTube Creators playbook, it's a must read. Yes, that sounds lame but it is jam packed with 90 pages of a lot of good white hat stuff.

I hope you found some of this helpful.

Buy subs from sites like fiverr, I can sell you some if you want. PM me if you're interested.
