Received report of both edu n gov backlinks as stated in OP. Report is clear and all sites are live. My new EMD MNS was sitting at page one #6 for months and after this service(no other backlinks promotion for this site) , up to #3 now. edu and gov backlinks still carry some weight in serp I believe.
