We are office-based , we do not use VAs but we have actual workers in-office working.
We do not work on Saturday/Sunday and that is why it has taken some time.

Yes, I know, but in the excel file I am not able to export links with no format, in order to submit to Linklicious. I have to copy one by one. Is there another way? Thanks!

You can copy from up to bottom and CTRL + C and you have copied that links, it should not taken more than 20 seconds to copy it all.

Just looked at the doc with the different kw for each URL, and it seems to be some confusion there, as you have:

Url1 has these keywords: KW1,click here or smilar kw, Url1 - All looks Ok and Legit.
Url2 has these keywords: KW2, click here or smilar kw, Url1 (should be Url2) - last kw is wrong.
Url3 has these keywords: KW3, domain name of Url1 (should be click here or similar kw), inner url of Url1 (should be Url3) - last two kw are wrong.

What is believe is wrong is in bold, can you please look into it and correct, otherwise i think the order will not perform as it should.

Yes you can view all your links, at the bottom left there is "#1" which if you click it will open all your backlinks that we have done.
We always state this in the ticket .
