Looking to get a valuation on an e cig review site.
Age is around 18 months.
Revenue for last year is a sad $400
I paid $600 for the site design and several hundred for the articles and brand reviews.
There are 20 articles and 10 reviews.
The site averages 50 visits a day from search engine traffic.
I had the site on a high pr network for a while and wound up with a pr 5 after a little while.Sadly I couldn't afford to keep that up and now its down to a pr 1.
It ranks high for many long tails but not so great for the main keywords.
I'm sure this site has some good potential to do much better but I just don't have the resources for promotion.

I am thinking about selling my MNS that I really do not have time to work on. What information should I include for finding the value of my website? Most of the revue of this site comes from adsense. The site makes between 1-5 dollars a month and has 5 articles.

I have a Youtube account making about 400-600 per month since January, last month 1500 and on track to about the same this month. Last years earnings May to December only about 500.

Is there any way to sell just a Youtube account? Should I build a buffer site in between the video and the affiliate product?

I'd appreciate any advice you have!

Hi. I am trying to determine a value for my site that I recently created. It is ranked at the top of the first page for the keyword "buy twitter followers cheap" and second page for "buy Twitter followers".

I have made 6 sales in the past month making around 250 in profit and 3000 uniques per month. Any help is appreciated.

Alexa: ~500k global, ~100k US.
Transactions: 285
Repeat Customers: 30
Affiliates: ~20 (most inactive or don't bring conversions)
Sales: $8,880.23 USD
Product Cost: $3,580 USD
Affiliates Pay: 63.80 USD (20% of sale)
Profit: $5,236.43 USD
Weekly: $436 (1st three weeks were slow)

Social
Twitter: 6,723 Followers, 83 @ tweets.
FB: 740 Followers
LinkedIn: 58 Followers (not sure if company page could be transferred)

Most of those were bought (or twiends), so mostly just for the numbers. 2 sales had come from Twitter.

Traffic Source: Paid traffic (mostly cause of the rank), Adwords ($700 spent), LinkedIn, Affiliates, and message boards. Little organic.

Website resells an intangible good, buyer would receive all the information needed to run business and the supply source of course.

I know it would only be ballpark, but interested what this could net since it's the website + business.

Flippa is usually a fair reflection of what a site is worth.

Pretty tough to value without seeing all your numbers - but you could probably get $50k with a decent buyer as that's a lot of traffic.

thing from my part.

It has about 100 unique Articles on it. All in different niches it is basically a how to site. the domain is PR2

I do have all the Google Adsense Proof and all the Google Analytics - Trafic is around 100uv per day.
