hi guys, so i am new to mns but am really want to get into them. i understand the overall idea and how it works. however, i have the simplest question i need answered: how do i pick a niche or keyword? please advise

If you start from scratch I suggest you first look at Google's keyword tool for search terms. Just make sure you search for [Exact]. Once you've noted down keywords that have a high exact search volume, find an available exact match domain name (usually a .com/.net/.org/.info/.co). If you're looking for an easy solution to find both, take a look at itches 4 niches (There should be a BST for that service somewhere on BHW). Once you've decided on one or more niches, Niche Rider will make content creation for your niche a breeze. Hope that helps (:
 
do i need to use a proxies with this tool? sorry for the noob questions :-)
 
Have you sold any of your site that used this cms in Flippa or to other people?

Let's say you make a mns with this cms then you got income with adsense, have you ever sold the site? If yes, what's the reaction from buyer(will they be able to edit on their own or need your niche rider also)?

Can you PM me also a site that ranking for a keyword and had income that used your niche rider for me to check as I'm quite skeptic about the content that you said unique in search engines :p

I'm not in the site flipping business, and I think Jesusback isn't either. You should ask people like meathead about Niche Rider's site flipping potential, he's an expert on the subject. Also, you can redistribute the HTML code to potential buyers. They don't need Niche Rider as well.

also, just so i understand the process:

1. get niche keywords
2. buy EMD
3. create site with niche rider and upload to hosting
4. setup adesense account
5. do seo for website

did i miss anything? :-)

Almost: Your on page SEO is already done. It automatically does the meta keywords, description, title, H1 tag, image, image alt tag, page anchors and sitemap for you.

and if i decide to discontinue the service do i get to keep the websites build by niche rider? are they in html pages or what?

If you discontinue the service you'll be with the CMS version. That means all your sites that are up will still work, and you can still upload an empty CMS code so you can use the CMS anywhere (but there will be no content). All modules will still work too.

If you have any time left on your subscription the online panel will still work until it expires.
